Since Oct 2014 to till to date: Working with M/s Steag Energy services (BOTSWANA)Pty Ltd,
Botswana as Shift in-charge in the cadre of Deputy General Manger. Here I am responsible
for the operation of 4X150 MW CFBC boilers supplied by WUXI China and TG sets are
supplied by Dongfang.
Since July 2011 to October 2014: Worked with M/s Simhapuri Energy Limited, Nellore,
Andhra Pradesh as Shift in-charge in the cadre of Chief Manager (Operations). Here I am
responsible for operations and commissioning of 4X150 MW CFBC boilers supplied by WUXI
China with 487TPH capacity each, 137ksc pressure and 5350
C Temperature and TG sets are
supplied by Harbin China with Super high pressure intermediate reheat, single shaft line,
double casing and double exhaust condensing steam turbine.
Since May 2009 to July 2011: Worked with M/s Jindal South West Energy Limited, Barmer,
Rajasthan as a Shift Charge Engineer in the cadre of Deputy Manager (Operations). Here I am
responsible for operations of 8X135 MW CFBC boilers supplied by DEC China with 440TPH
capacity each, 137ksc pressure and 5350
C Temperature and TG sets are supplied by DEC
China with Super high pressure intermediate reheat, single shaft line, double casing and
double exhaust condensing steam turbine.
Since March 2008 to May 2009: Worked with M/s Triveni Engineering and Industries Limited,
Khtauli, UttarPradesh as a Shift Charge Engineer in the cadre of Assistant Manager
(Operations). Here I am responsible for operations of 2X120TPH Travelling grate boilers
supplied by IJT and 24MW (SKODA MAKE), 22MW (FIN CANTRRI MAKE) Turbines.

Since Jun’97 to March 2008: worked with M/sNava Bharat Ventures Limited , Paloncha,
Andhra Pradesh in the cadre of Jr. Manager (Power Plant) and performed following
responsibilities.

- Trouble shooting of 55MW single cylinder condensing type Steam Turbine (LMZ make,
Russia) having seven uncontrolled extractions equipped with Electro hydraulic Governing
System & 32MW Turbine supplied by (SNM make: Japan).
- Operation and Trouble Shooting of 55 MW & 32 MW TG when synchronized with Grid and
Island mode, Load Shedding during these operations manually by taking timely decisions.
- Managing parallel operations of 2x151T PHCFBC & 110TPH AFBC Boilers. Have completely
atomized the Distributed Control System CS-3000 package of Yokogawa, Japan,
incorporated with number of control loops (closed & open) such as draft, boiler drum level,
main stream outlet temp. etc.
⇒ Implemented Training Course for new recruits — Trouble Shooting & Emergency Situations in
Operation of 2nos. of CFBC Boilers rated 151TPH, 92 Kg/Cm2, 520 0C and 55MW Steam
Turbine&110TPH AFBC Boiler,32MW Turbine.
⇒ Attending Annual Statutory Shut – Downs, Emergency Break Downs of Boilers and Turbine.
⇒ Implementing & executing Safety Initiatives to develop, maintain and improve safe work
environment with the department and the plant.
