1. Profile
A Mechanical Engineer with experience in Building Automation System (BAS) and
Equipment Monitoring System (EMS) operation, chiller and Air handling Unit
operation, instrumentation, calibration and validation-requalification,
recertification, and addressing deviations of equipment in cGMP-FDA regulated
work environment. Have an extensive experience in leading a team of multi
discipline of engineers in the design and construction of Industrial Plant Capacity
Expansion and Steam Boiler Plant in a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
(HACCP) regulated work environment. Proficient in AutoCad (3D and Solid). Is
accustomed to applying sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify
and resolve issues.
Accomplishments
METROLOGY SPECIALIST, DENDREON CORPORATION, SEAL BEACH, CA — 2010-2015
• Resolved the High Purity Water Total Organic Carbon calibration issues and
deviations with the application of Fluid Mechanics Principles - adjustment of
the manufacturer recommended flow rate.
• Reviewed and modified HVAC and Humidifier steam-condensate piping revision
plan recommended by the hired consultants and equipment manufacturer that
solved recurring condensate management deviation.
• Completed energy, water and parts potential savings study of Reverse Osmosis
and De- ionized Water System thru review and analysis of 6 months
operational data and recommended the revision of the system Preventive
Maintenance Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).

2. • ·Resolved recurring incomplete combustion (air-gas fuel ratio) of 5 water
boilers.
• Identified and resolved the cause of the recurring chiller system 2 breakdown
indicated in the system check feedback as oil low suction pressure.
• Revised Calibration Management Program and Preventive Maintenance Global
Standard Operating Procedures to adhere to FDA requirement.
• Recipient of 2 Hero Awards in recognition of significant achievements:
Completion of cGMP manufacturing equipment and clean-room recertification
without losing production days and completion on time of Seal Beach IMF
modification for automated manufacturing project without compromise to
ongoing manufacturing activities.
ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE DEPT HEAD, ICEC OIL MILL AND OIL REFINERY DIVISIONS — 1995-2004
Led the design and construction supervision of Raw Material Procurement
Division receiving facilities consisting of:
Two Raw Material Dumpers each with a lifting capacity of 50 Metric Ton.
• One unit 29 meters (95 feet) high Continuous Bucket Elevator with a
conveying capacity of 95 MT/hour.
• One unit 68.5 meters (225 feet) long Overhead Stationary Belt Conveyor with
a conveying capacity of 95 MT/hour.
• One unit 47 meters (154 feet) long Overhead Shuttle Belt Conveyor with a
conveying capacity of 95 MT/hr.
3. • One unit 99 meters (325 feet) long Tunnel Belt Conveyor with a capacity of
60 MT/hour.
• Led the design and construction supervision of the Boiler Plant with a
maximum heat input of 6,764.7 kilowatts and a maximum continuous steam
generation of 9,389 kilograms/hour for the 400 MT/day Oil Refinery.
• Led the multi discipline of engineers in the design and construction
supervision of Oil Mill Plant Capacity Expansion: from 325 MT to 600 MT/day of
Crude Natural Oil (CNO).
• Modified the standard operating procedures of expeller synchronization and
ground material preparation resulting in significant increased of CNO
production and low residual oil.
Organized and implemented, as member of the core group, Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control Points (HACCP), a manufacturing industry quality standard,
in the Oil Mill and Oil Refinery manufacturing.
