6. Body language
• A confident communicator is grounded
• This must show with the body language
• What comes out of the mouth should

• The use of hands is important
But they should not be a distraction to the

• Ones voice needs to be audible
• Everyone in the room is supposed to hear what is being said
• Control of tone is important, e.g. if the topic is related to death, the tone
should change
