2. What are e-books?
 Electronic books (e-books) are full-text books in
electronic form that can be read online (some permit
downloading). They are linked from: our online
catalog; within our online subscription databases;
and on public websites

5. How to search for E-books?
 Go to the Library's catalog (www.bergen.edu/library)
 Click Search
 Click Advanced Search
 Enter the Title, Author, or Subject
 Change the Material Type to E-BOOKS/DOCS
 Then Click on Submit

library, and enter you’re library card #.
• And then search by Author, Title, Date Published, Most

– EPUB versions of many of the titles that are
available
– As well as, Kindles formatted E-Books
– Downloadable E-Books (EPUB) are also
available through Overdrive
• Open Library:
– Over 1,000,000 free E-Book titles available.
– Sign-up for free and borrow up to 5 E-Books
at a time
– Available to read online, download EPUB,
PDF, HTML, or send to Kindle
