REMEMBER!
Continental Army- made up of patriots and small
militias that came together once the First
Continental Congress was formed. They were
fighting against the British.
British Army- the red coats, they were sent by
King George III to attain order again in the
colonies.

5. Assignment
You will create a foldable that will compare and
contrast both the Continental army and the British
army. If you do not finish in class, it will be
homework.
