                                       Perficient is a large, publicly traded (PRFT) national technology based professional
                                       services consultancy. This role is responsible for the day to day oversight and
                                       management of operations within the Houston business unit of Perficient. This unit is
                                       one of the largest in the company and has its primary market base in oil and gas
                                       companies including Halliburton, Shell and BP.
The primary responsibilities of this role are:

Within these areas, the role has oversight for activities such as the lifecycle of employees in their careers including
professional development plans, reviews, hiring/terminations, salary and benefits, alignment of staff skill sets with client
needs, matching staff availability with sales pipeline, maximizing utilization rates, developing and improving staffing
connections with Perficient and providing for future advancement opportunities for staff.
