shipwrecks along the
coast of Mljet are

sailors stayed on the

7. WATER SOURCES

three major sources of
brackish water in Blato,
Sobre and Prozura which
are used to irrigate the
fields and as a source of
drinking water in the
summer months because
Mljet is not yet connected
to the national water supply

are its two forest-shrouded
"lakes”
