Is a process which examines students responses to individual test items
(questions) in order to assess the quality of those items and of the test as a
whole.

Are developed for instructional purposes, to assess the effects of educational
programs and research purposes, it can be important to conduct item and test
analysis.

5. To illustrate the procedures in conducting a norm-referenced item
analysis, the following example was given.
Ms. Trixie administered test in Sewing Tools and Techniques, the test is 50
