Statistical analyses were conducted using Excel, SPSS version 20, including Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests for normality of data distribution. Qualitative data were presented as frequencies and percentages, and quantitative data as means and standard deviations or medians and ranges. Comparisons between two groups used t-tests, Mann-Whitney tests, ANOVA, or Kruskal-Wallis tests. Kaplan-Meier tests analyzed survival, and Cox regression identified factors influencing survival. Receiver-operating characteristic curves determined diagnostic performance by establishing best cutoff values maximizing sensitivity and specificity.
