a. Job title- Senior Technical Officer
Organization: Helen Keller International, (Us based international Organization), Job location: Sylhet,
Duration: 20 December 2016 to till now,
Project: Suchana- A 1000 days programme with pregnant, lactating and reproductive aged woman and
adolescent girls for reduce stunting of under 2 child through nutritional specific and sensitive activities by
a big consortium.
Responsibility:
 Technical assistance and guidance to partners (IP) staff for the implementation of both
nutrition-sensitive and specific activities with pregnant, lactating and reproductive-aged
women and adolescent girls.
 Assist to develop annual and detail implementation plan and ensure to Implement and execute
the plan jointly with partners and delivered timely and effectively to ensure the sustainability
of the project interventions.
 Prepares annual capacity building training plan and materials for respective partner
organization’s staffs, and facilitate training as per the plan.
 Facilitate capacity-building support to government service providers, community and
religious leader and others stakeholder as required
 Develop training calendar, training modules, training materials and other SBCC materials on
both nutrition-sensitive and specific activities.
 Ensure the partners' staff capacity development by assessing their training needs and provide
training and or individual coaching as per need.
 Ensuring appropriate and effective integration of nutrition component with livelihood
activities for economic development and empowerment of adolescent girls and young women
for reducing gender discrimination and malnutrition.
 Assist to the integration of both nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive activities in the
monthly routine coordination and planning meetings in the government department of Health
and family planning, DAE, DLS, and DOF.
 Provides information to IP staffs, adolescent and young women with access to all available
employability opportunities and relevant organizations for skills development opportunities,
the application process, information on benefits and future prospects;
 Ensure the collection of high-quality case studies and best practices as project documentation
and share with the consortium.
 Organize meeting, workshops with local level partner’s management and staff to review the
progress of activities and keep updates to top management.
 Prepare technical guidance and leading inputs distribution to adolescents’ girls and young
women for operating different IGA activities.
 Supportive supervision to KHI technical officer and IP’s FF, union coordinator and sharing
feedback to improve their performance.
 Develop local service provider for ensuring better service and resource mobilization at field
level.
b. Job title- Technical Specialist-Livestock and Economic Development (EEP/shiree project),
Organization: Concern worldwide, (Ireland based international organization), Job location: Kishoreganj,

August 2016. (A project aim to economic and social empowerment of
extreme -poor women and girls in remote haor basin)
Responsibility:
 Ensure to implement Ultra-poor Graduation programme through increase capacity of
production, marketing and business development of ultra-poor households.
 Identifying and linkage with support service develop business plan for extreme-poor women
and adolescent girls for getting better output from agriculture, livestock- poultry and off-farm
business.
 Ensuring market development, private sector engagement, and linkage with different support
service actors for the graduation of the extreme poor household of Haor region.
 Support and advice on market development activities to PNGOs for ensuring the appropriate
price of the product for the beneficiaries.
 Develop asset purchase and distribution guidelines and ensuring the best quality asset
distribution among project participants as per the guideline.
 Ensuring appropriate and effective integration of nutrition components with livelihood
activities for women empowerment and reducing gender discrimination and malnutrition.
 Ensure technical assistance to partner’s nutrition officer, supervisor, FF and CPK for
providing adequate service at field level.
 Assist to strengthening and establishment community-based organization (CBO), and
capacity development of CBO leader.
 Assist to partner staff for ensuring vaccination programmes at the beneficiary household
level.
 Training needs assessment training materials preparation and training conduction for staff
capacity development and for local service provider development (LSP) on different IGA
issues. Also, ensure training needs assessment and training conduction at young women
and adolescent girls through implementing partner organization.
 Guidance the partner organization for preparing the appropriate business plan for the
household level for continuing graduation.
 Assist to networking and exchange of experience among partner organizations, grassroots
organizations, research and expertise with special emphasis on the value chain and
livelihood promotion
 Assist to preparation Annual and Quarterly Work plans, and budget of partner organization
and beneficiary.
 Assist PNGO staff to establish linkage with other NGOs, govt. departments, and private
agencies of the related field for ensuring seed, pesticide, vaccine, medicine supply and
providing other technical information
 Develop proper linkage with DAE, LDS and other GoB officials for ensuring better service at
field level.
 Ensure super success stories collection and sharing lesion learning and better outcome with
PNGOs.
 Develop draft guidelines and formats for systematic follow up of the program activities
smoothly.

c. Job title: Coordinator cum Production Specialist-Poultry and Livestock, PROSHAR (programme for
strengthening household access to resource- MYAP title II- USAID funded project),
Organization: ACDI/VOCA (a US based international organization), Location: Khulna, Duration: 1st
November2011 to 7th
January, 2014
Responsibility:
 Overall responsible for leading the poultry and livestock sub-sector of the project.
 Integration the pouty and livestock activities with the nutrition activities.
 To identify the barrier for enhancing the poultry and livestock activities and identify the appropriate
intervention for the project.
 Assist PNGO staffs to select beneficiaries, formation of groups and establish small scale and
commercial poultry & livestock rearing farm to achieve project outcomes.
 To Identifying the stakeholder and develop business plan for better output from poultry and livestock
business.
 Develop linkage with different government organization like department of livestock services (DLS),
Bangladesh livestock research institute (BLRI) for ensuring vaccination and technical support.
 Planning, designing and coordinating the cost effective and profitable poultry and livestock
activities of the Project
 Training materials preparation and updating on poultry and livestock rearing and fodder cultivation
for PNGO(s) and provide training for capacity development of partner staff.
 Preparation of technical specification of different input and ensuring the quality input distribution
among beneficiaries through partner(s) organization. .
 Assist PNGOs technical officer and economic development officer for qualitative training delivery
and input distribution.
 Provide guidance and technical assistance to PNOs technical staffs for proper implementation of
poultry and dairy activities of the project.
 Budget preparation of different poultry and dairy activities for the project and budgetary control;
ensure quality service of those activities.
 Assist to technical Team with the development of strategic plans for better servicing to smallholder
farmers and commercially grow their agribusinesses
d.Job title: Project Officer, Project : Dairy and honey value chain Development Project,

 Budgeting, planning and implementing of the dairy and honey value chain project.

Livelihood (REAL-A SIDR recovery project funded by USAID, and implemented by four partners

Responsibilities:
 Overall responsible for poultry and livestock sub-sector of the project.
 Assist to team leader with the planning and implementation the project.

 Follow up and monitoring village level model farm of horticulture, livestock and poultry.
