RFP for College building maintenance
Summary
College is accepting proposals for maintenance of its two campuses in Karachi; area 1 and area
2. Maintenance would include painting of building, doors, and windows.
Proposal guidelines and requirements
 This is an open and competitive process.
 Proposal must reach our address by August 10, 2014.
 Proposal must include all the cost of the maintenance work.
 The proposal must be signed by the CEO of the bidder.
Purpose, description and objectives
We are looking for comprehensive maintenance of our two campuses to improve the look and
hygienic condition for all the students and staff.
Budget
We will be paying fair market rate for a high quality work and successful bidder is likely to get
contract for our campuses in other cities as well.
Payment will be made in two stages; 50% advance and remaining 50% after completion of the
work.

College is a leading educational institution providing education to students with character
building.
We are offering courses related to BIEK, Karachi University, ICAP, ACCA, CIMA, etc.
through our campuses in city 1, city 2, and city 3.
Qualifications
The winning bidder must be having relevant certification and qualified staff to handle the work.
Evaluation criteria
The bidders will be evaluated on the basis of their experience in the field and handling of similar
size assignments.
