Responsibilities
1) Tendering, estimation, procurement, QA/QC ,Site Engineering and project execution.

Preparing enquiries and obtaining quotation from the supplier.
Taking material quantities from the tender drawings and preparing the BOQ.
Preparation of Material Technical Submittal for Consultant approval and further
modifications/revisions if required by consultant.
Negotiation with the material suppliers and material finalization as per specifications provided by the
Consultant.
Coordination with the purchase department for procuring the materials for the project.
Supervision of site activities and implement safe work practices.
Ensure all Mechanical installations are carried out in the site as per approved drawings and
specification.
Responsible for raising work Inspection Request, carrying out the inspection of the completed works
and getting them approved by the consultant.
Assist the Project Manager in keeping Progression up-to-date and advice on the monthly progress of
the project.
Conducting final testing & commissioning of the Mechanical installations and following up the snag
list to complete the handing over of the project.
Preparation of As-Built drawings and Operation & Maintenance manual of the HVAC, PLUMBING AND
FIRE FIGHTING services.
Reporting to the Project Manager.
