Position: Training Specialist
Key responsibilities:
 Implementation of the company's training plan and follow updated according to the
variables.
 Coordinate with training Centers to provide training services for the company.
 Identification of training needs through consultation with Managers.
From April 2009 – Present
Position: Payroll Specialist
Key responsibilities:
 Entering financial data for new employee in Payroll System.
 Prepare monthly reports (overtime - sick leave - deduction report – allowances -
recruitment – termination).

 Help in ending of the recruitment procedures for new employee.
 Updates payroll records by reviewing changes in exemptions, insurance coverage,
savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
 Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping
information confidential.
 Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
 Calculation and processing of termination payments

Position: Personnel Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
 Processes new employees, employee terminations, leaves of absence, and other
personnel actions, using appropriate forms and computer applications
 Creates and maintains personnel records for each employee
 Keeps records of work time and attendance
 Prepare daily attendance report.
 Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements
 Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely
fashion
 Entering all kinds of employee annual leaves on system
 Distribution performance appraisal form in time and record ratings in the Sheet for
that.
