Work Experience ABC Bank – Egypt 2001 – Till now
June 07 till now COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SENIOR MANAGER
 Design and implement Merit process linked to
performance rating and ensure accordance with approved
budget / compensation policy.
 Administrate annual performance bonus calculation in line
with approved budget and approved guideline.
 Administrate HR budget in accordance with finance.
 Review the benefits budget to improve the benefits
portfolio.
 Participate in salary surveys to maintain the Bank position
within the market.
 Review Surveys results versus the bank. And set
recommendations.
 Review and amend HR polices; ensure bank compensation
policies are set in accordance to Labor law.
 Develop salary matrix and ranges in a line with the
bank strategy.
 Ensure completion of Job Description for all positions.
 Amends salary and benefits survey programs in
compliance with the market to ensure equity within the
bank and to remain competitive in the market this will
retain, attract good calibers.
 Plans short and long-term Benefit programs such as
Medical, Staff loans, Pensions Plans…etc to retain
employees and attract high calibers.
 Recommends cash compensation decisions and incentive
schemes to management to establish and maintain
competitive rates and ensure internal equity.

 Determines appropriate Salary Level according to
compensation guidelines set by HR executives, through
conducting job analysis.
 Using Hay Job Evaluations Method in evaluating new Jobs.
JAN 03 - JUNE 07 TRAINING SPECIALIST
 Conducting training needs analysis for the whole bank
 Implement training plan, register employees in the
needed courses according to their plan
 Monitoring training courses calendar
 Registers the nominated employees for the courses
according to Training Plan calendar
 Follows–up courses evaluations and prepare reports
 Organizing in-house training courses
 Initiated database system using access for training
dept. and responsible for initiating any kind of training
reports

CVs after screening and sorting according to the
background which facilitate the retrieval processor

 Screens and selects the qualified candidates fit for the
vacant posts.
 Schedules appointments for the selected candidates.
 Administrates all tests for applicants.
 Conducts initial screening interviews and evaluates
applicants' qualifications to decide whether they are fit for
the vacant positions.
 Responsible for preparing contracts and obtaining the
required recruitment documents and ensures that all the
concerned parties had singed. And also responsible for all
contracts' renewal on pc.
 Prepares Manpower report
 Updating the Bank's organization charts monthly.
