0 I’ve learned that this tool is life long and not just for your grading
policy.
0 I’ve learned this by the tool being used for all of the course work
and then me using it for writing assignments outside of the
classroom due to it being stuck in my head.
0 It is significant for all of the writings I produce throughout my
lifetime in order to make them proper.
0 I will use this outline for my career once I graduate and for the
rest of my schooling. I know that it can be used for essays as well
as just a short email.
3. 5 C’s
The 5 C’s have continued to help me monitor and analyze my
writing while I am writing and when I am proof reading.
The task has been intact all semester and it’s been a tool to use
for every assignment.
This tool is very important for all writing assignments in my life,
especially in work and school assignments.
The 5 C’s will always be with me to make sure my work is the
best it can be.
4. Business Writing Documents and
Elements
• I’ve learned that presentation is key and you want your audience
to be interested from the start.
• The assignments that helped were the complaint letter and the
website. I learned to have a website that was toward a wide
variety of people as well as make a complaint professional and
toward a single person.
• This information is important for all different kinds of things
such as future letters to people as well as for my business career
in the future.
• I will use this information to help me create things that will be
interesting and informative as well as incentives to keep people
interested in my information or business.
5. Presentations and Meetings
I’ve learned that my presentations need to be very clear, simple,
and aimed toward my audience.
The midterm reflection assignment helped me especially after I
received your feedback on how I can improve my presentation.
This is significant because I will have to give presentations to
classes and I will attend and maybe present at meetings in the
future.
I will use this information for my future presentations and for
meetings for work, school, and even job interviews.
6. Module Supplement Relationship
Marketing with Email Newsletters
I learned how to write an email that will have a big audience that
can vary in age and on understanding of my subject.
I specifically learned this task in the email news letter for my
website. My website was about softball and the website attracted
parents, players, and people who wanted to know just a little
more about the sport.
This is important because I am going to need to make a
relationship with my audience to market them and have them all
understand my writings, presentations, and anything else I will
need.
I will use this for projects and if I ever have my own business I
will use it to market my business.
7. Workplace Technology & Project
Management
o I learned that it is important to know and understand the
technology I will be using for my workplace as well as have time
and project management for my assignments.
o I learned this from reading the book as well as making a schedule
for our big assignment (NPP).
o This learning is important to make sure I am prepared and ready
for my tasks each and every day.
o I will use this tool for my everyday life to make sure that my
knowledge for the technology is up to date for any jobs as well as
to make sure I am organized with all of my assignments and not
procrastinating everything until the night it is due.
8. Grammar practice work
I learned that it is important to do the grammar practice work
even though it is not a grade.
I learned this through your feedback and you always stating that
it is important we do it.
It is important to always practice grammar because it is used
every single day in my life.
I am definitely going to practice my grammar more to get my
assignments better. I think that the practice is very beneficial to
me and my assignments.
