2. What I learned:
• Following the midterm, I learned how to write
business documents professionally and effectively. I
learned the correct way to behave in meetings such
as effective listening strategies and how to do deal
with conflicts when conducting the meeting. This
class has taught me how to develop a clear and
effective style when writing, regarding grammar use
and word choice.
3. How I learned this:
• All of the information I learned in this class
was taught very effectively through the
provided material in the modules. Each week
the exercises required regarding the material
assigned were very helpful. They required you
to put the material in to effect, preventing you
from only doing a portion of the work.
4. Why This Matters:
• All of the knowledge I gained from this class is
very important for anyone in the business
world. A businessperson is responsible for
sitting through and conducting numerous
meetings throughout their career as well as
creating many different types of reports,
proposals, etc.
5. In the Future:
• I am very thankful for having taken this
course. It has provided me with countless
information that I will use on a daily basis. I
plan to pursue a career in finance. This will
require me to create many written memos
and proposals as well we conduct many
presentations. This material I learned in this
course will help me to complete all of these
tasks successfully.
