1. I am a hard-working woman who stays focused on the tasks before myself and
spends little time chatting with other people in my surrounding more especially at
work place. My work is consistently of acceptable to excellent quality, and I looks for
more work if everything assigned to me is done. You will not catch a hard-working
woman like me browsing the Internet for shoe sales or downloading the latest and
greatest hits from my favourite musicians. Am at work to do exactly that which so
called work.
I am motivated to do the best job I can. I also show up to work on time and take my
breaks on time. I eagerly looks forward to any training that might help me to do
better, and I would be the first to volunteer for new projects. I am reliable and
consistently and I also meets deadlines and production goals. I will make sure that
my employer depends on my optimal efforts to help him succeed and seldom
disappointments.
No matter how hard an employee works, if it requires constant supervision and error
correction, then I will make sure that my employer will not likely see me as an asset.
This means the tenacious woman I might be am willing to make an extra effort to be
self-reliant and accurate. This does not mean I should be afraid to ask for help or
additional training as needed, but it does mean that once am trained, I can handle
daily tasks without hand-holding by my supervisor.
