- Working with customers with disabilities is more than the technology. We need to be comfortable providing services to customers with any disability.
- Work in pairs or groups of three. Go thru the disability etiquette handout. Discuss the questions and record your answers.Give the group approximately 5-8 minutes to work together. Come together to discuss results as a group.
