2. Introduction
Describe your current position and place(s) of employment.
My name is Mary Lee I am an older female seeking a MAED in Leadership.
I am the mother of two Adults and grandmother of 5.
I am semi- retired and work in ministry as an Overseer over an outreach
Ministry.
MY Vision :To become a n effective leader and advocate in the community to need the
needs and empower all members of the community addressing the whole Man
Emotionally, Physically, Spiritually, Mentally, and Politically
Explain the leadership role(s) you are considering pursuing
and what motivates you to consider this role.
I am the founder of Heart of God Prophetic Revival Outreach Center,
where I am pursuing a Masters degree that motivate me to incorporate a
K-12 adult school that can help adults obtain GED’s as well as High School
Diplomas with a graduation ceremony for many who desire the opportunity
to recapture the whole 12th grade experience. I also want to empower them
with job placement, food clothes, shelter, and counseling, as well to meet the need
of the soul by pointing them to Our Savior Jesus.

Describe the ways in which you demonstrate leadership in your
current position.
I am responsible for all the program to make sure that all duties
and responsibilities are carried through distributing
responsibilities to co- vision partners to help the people in the
community to receive resources by assigning jobs to the staff ,
and finding resources to connect the community.
Discuss your understanding of a code of ethics in terms of why
such a code is important and what it means to you to have one
as a professional educator.
A code of ethics are guides to help professional people
conduct in business with honesty and integrity of core
values and standards of an organizations that hold them to
those principles.
4. Introduction
Examine how personality characteristics lead to professional
competencies in the educational context.
Teacher effectiveness is more than content and subject pedagogy, but
how they carry themselves in their work, but should have a wide range
of qualifications such as great personality traits, attitudes, and beliefs.
Including good appearance, sense of humor, fairness, patience,
enthusiasm, creativity, care, and interest in all students to contribute to
the effectiveness in their attitude and beliefs on learning and teaching.
Evaluate the effects that diverse opinions and viewpoints may have on
improvements in the teaching and learning process.
Diverse opinions is a great tool to solve complex non-routine
problems because of the different view points that are shared,
yields new information from experts and can come into a
consensus agreement on the best decision. Diversity yields the
opportunity to build teams in learning communities to solve complex problems,
decisions, in the 21st century education, and workplace.
5. Explain how personal leadership qualities
are a means to improve leadership practices
Leadership qualities establish who you are as a leader in
the way you believe, your core values, and standards, code
of ethics that is shown in the practice and shared with
others in the vision that you as a leader demonstrates in the
practice, and help the organization culture that is shaped
by the leader and the selection of people who is employed
to establish the organization decisions and the way it
conducts business.
