Put simply, Newton’s Second Law of Motion
means:
Pushing or pulling an object produces
acceleration - a change in the speed of motion.
You might see how this could be important for
designing a rocket car!
The equation is also quite simple:
Force = Mass x Acceleration (𝑭 = 𝒎𝒂)
You can use the magic formula triangle to
re-arrange it to work out mass or acceleration.

We have worked out that:

We can now predict what might
happen to our rocket car if we
change its mass.
NOTE: The rocket force is always
the same. (≈ 11 newtons)
