Avengers Age Of Ultron Essay
'Avengers Age Of Ultron' was certainly one of the most hyped films of 2015. Considering how good 'The Avengers' was, I couldn't help but expect a
film of the same calibre. Unfortunately, I can't say it is. I'm sure it's not a bad film, in fact I came out of the cinema thinking it was a successor to the
first, but all the action scenes were steering me away from some weak points in the film, Josh Whedon's lack of story and interesting direction
disappointed me the most.
The film follows the aftermath from 'Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, 'TheAvengers' and 'Captain America: The winter solider. 'Age of Ultron' opens
with the heroes all together trying to capture hydra informants that have attained technology from beyond this world. This calls for ... Show more

Just like in 'The Avengers' the one–liners are back and they offer quite a few laughs. The strongest actors in my opinion were Chris Evens (Captain
America) Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man) and Chris Hemsworth (Thor) because these were the best at being humorous while still kicking CGI butt.
The noob Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor Johnson) who played Kick ass (in 'Kick ass') was a surprise for me, he acted on par but I kept seeing his character
from his other movies, the accent he put on was a tiny bit cringe in some parts but he did good for his first full marvel movie. His sister in the film
Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) played a solid part which was full of emotion. I can't leave out "the big guy "Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) who played a decent
part, especially when on–screen with The Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) who goes through some past memories that bring out her emotions. I was
also very impressed with Hawkeye (Clint Barton) as he is just a guy with a bow, and this helps bring out the humanity in the team. He performed very
well and had more screen time than I thought he would get, but that is not a bad

Cases of Overcoming Hardship
Hardship is something everyone must overcome at some point in their lives. Everyone deals with hardships differently. It is harder for some people
to recover from hardship because of their family, friends, or even because they can't find the will within themselves to deal with hardships. It would
be easier for someone who is naturally determined and strong willed to overcome things because they have a inbred ability to conquer their fears and
leave behind whatever it was that was making their life unbearable. If parents don't support their kids decisions, such as Jeannette going to New York,
then that can make it harder to triumph over things they struggle with. If friends don't encourage someone to go on and make something better of
themselves, they will hold them back and they will be stuck in the life everyone expects them to live. Many parents support their children to learn from
their mistakes and make better choices than what they made when they were a kid and even now. Friends can be a huge part in trying to get over things
that they are struggling from. With the right support and help from them it makes it that much easier to overcome hardships. The person struggling
must find it within themselves to be a better person each day. Not everyone has the same chance of recovery, but that doesn't mean that they can't do it.
They may just have to worker harder, but that means the reward will be that much better. Jeannette started from the bottom, in a small town with an

further supported by the son who after several years of separating himself from his family is compelled to stay in his hometown with his father and

What is a Superhero?
It seems like a normal thing for this generation to idolize superheroes. From the day some people could understand movies as anything other than just
pictures on a screen, superheroes have inspired them and made them believe in the supernatural. Normally it begins with a fascination with Greek
Mythology heroes such as Herakles or Percy Jackson. Tastes in heroes change, though; now Batman, Spider man and Superman along with The
Avengers have taken a dominant role in the Superhero community. Captain America andIron Man are among some of the most popular to date.
They're alike in many ways, such as the fact they both have a similar origin story, and the same "job" and editing effects done by the producer.
However, for these likenesses there are many differences between the films as well, such as their costumes and character types/ personalities, even
their powers. The moral of these two films overlap as well to show that heroes are not born great but are made great by the tough decisions that they
make.
Captain America and Iron Man are both origin stories that use action, adventure, and science fiction to lure people to the theatre. Directed by
Anthony and Joe Russo, Captain America is the story of Steve Rodgers, a boy from Brooklyn who dreams of fighting for his country in World War
2. To his dismay he is rejected at the recruiting office for his size. He is then experimented on by Howard Stark (Tony Starks

History of the Hollywood Star System Essay
The "star system" was a method of developing and advancing the popularity of Hollywood movie stars. The system, which began during the height of
the Hollywood studio system era, emphasized the image of the actor instead on the actual acting. The movie studio's profits were driven by the
popularity of the stars that appeared in their films. According to Rocco, the stars had long term contracts with the movie studios that paid them a
weekly salary, and the stars were identified with specific types of characters that would often be repeated in many movies. Belton stated that "the star

Examples Of Can People Innovate Themselves As Jay Gatsby
B.) Can people innovate (recreate) themselves, as Jay Gatsby attempted to do? Recreating yourself to become someone else or a new you can be a
difficult thing, but one that is possible. Jay Gatsby from The Great Gatsby was once a poor man who became wealthy by bootlegging. He didn't have
any money to his name until a man named Dan Cody helped Gatsby act and get rich. Gatsby, overtime turns from this poor man who had nothing into a
wealthy, mysterious man who coordinated extravagant parties on his lawn. He had left his past behind and become a new man. Today, people can still
reinvent themselves just like Jay did to become better or newer versions of themselves. The only thing that holds people from transforming themselves,
is usually themselves.

Who Is The Doubt In Analyzing Marvel's Ant-Man
Isaac Newton's first law of motion states that an object in motion will stay in motion. Combining that law with recent history there is no reason to think
Marvel's Ant–Man will be anything but a giant success. However there are some reasons to have doubts. The first, and biggest, cause for concern, who
on Earth is Ant–Man? With an almost infinite roster of comic book characters to choose from, making an Ant–Man movie was not the obvious choice.
Ant–Man is an Avenger. If memory serves correct he might even be the founding member of the Avengers, but he is by no means the most popular
Avenger. Ant–Man is B a level comic book hero at best. Not only is he relatively unknown, what are his powers? He can shrink. That would be cool is

Robert Downey Jr. spawned this movie franchise juggernaut by being a wise ass in armor. If Downey Jr. never took the part of Iron Man the
Marvel Empire could have stalled right out of the gates. Chris Pratt anchored a blockbuster featuring a talking raccoon. Paul Rudd may not have it
in him. Yes, Rudd is funny, smart, and charming, but is he enough of each of those things to carry a super hero movie. If this were a movie about
his super hero girlfriend dumping him and all the foibles on his path to finding love again, sure he'd be great in that movie, but this is not that movie.
I need to believe Rudd has it in him to save the world. How would Rudd fight Ultron? It would probably involve some cheesy jokes and then waiting
for Iron Man to save the day. The weight of Ant–Man is too much for Paul

Adversity Is Defined As An Unfortunate Event Or Circumstance?
Adversity Leads to Success Adversity is defined as an unfortunate event or circumstance. Adversity doesn't look at your bank account or how much
talent you might have or your home life, it's something everyone deals with. Choosing to overcome these unfortunate events leads to success. You may
have heard of Stephen Curry. He is number 30 for the Golden State Warriors, an NBA national championship team. Stephen wasn't always a household
name, coming out of high school he wasn't even recruited by any big name schools. This man, an NBA Most Valuable Player, by unanimous vote, was
once a five foot six inches, one hundred and twenty–five pound boy. Growing up with a father like Dell Curry, an NBA star himself, it wasn't hard for
Stephen to decide his career path. To make this dream happen, in eighth grade Stephen chose to start doing basketball all year round. Growing up
in small town North Carolina, Stephen always wanted to play for the big name schools like, UNC, Wake Forest, or Duke, but they didn't want him.
As a sophomore he was too small, only being 5' 6" and still shooting from his waist. He spent the whole summer before his junior year working on
his shooting form. All his hard work paid off when he averaged 20 points a game that season. Despite these successes, still no top 25 school wanted
Curry. Until Bob McKillop from Davidson University contacted Stephen and his family. Bob McKillop said, "Other schools only saw his size, his

Senator Joseph R. McCarthy Even though he had humble beginnings, Joseph Raymond McCarthy, a single man, made a profound effect on the entire
United States during his career. By following his life and what shaped McCarthy as an individual, a broader picture is brought into the scope of the
cause of his false accusations. In the year 1908, in the northeast region of Wisconsin on a struggling farm, a devout Roman Catholic couple brought a
their son, Joseph Raymond, into the world. The McCarthy's, an Irish–American family, were hard working and industrious on their farm in a rural area

For the next three years McCarthy worked in Appleton, Wisconsin at a private practice. At this office, McCarthy made constant efforts to gain publicity
for himself. Even though the town was composed of a mere 3,000 people, McCarthy had more ambitions than just getting by in a one–horse town.
McCarthy studied his fellow lawyers' strategies in the court room and "kept his office open evenings to attract clients." (19, The Life and Times of
Joe McCarthy) McCarthy was sure to be at local events and join up with charities. McCarthy wanted attention and wanted to be noticed. In 1936,
McCarthy made his first venture into politics in a race for district attorney. He came in second in this attempt; however, McCarthy ran for judge of the
10th circuit court in 1938. The second time around, McCarthy threw himself into his campaign with a seemingly endless amount of energy. In a
state–wide effort to boost his public appeal, McCarthy made speeches touting his slogan "Justice is Truth in Action." McCarthy won the election.
However, once McCarthy attained his position, he totally disregarded his responsibilities. He set a frantic pace that he maintained the whole term,
racing through cases and ignoring traditional procedures. Joseph was known to later use the slogan "Justice delayed is justice denied" to support his
fast pace. (35, The Life and Times of Joe McCarthy) Finally, the Wisconsin Supreme Court heard about McCarthy

Peter Parker Character Analysis
The new saga to the already seemed endless sequels of the Spider–man series is an acceptance and relationship movie. A time in which Peter Parker's
maturation involves him being able to control his superpowers is connected to how he can control his own sense of self. The film's main subject is
clear and plain, a young superhero's abuse of his powers in order to show off, become popular, and most importantly, impress a girl in his high
school. The hero attempts to overcome obstacles that he has never faced on his own because of the low amount of trust that is given to him. Not
surprisingly, the hero learns better after almost costing many people's lives including his own. An incredibly gifted and young Queens high school
sophomore, Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland) is still halfway between fantasy and childhood. He stills play legos with his best pal Ned (Jacob
Batalon) after school. Peter is still particularly challenged when having the choice to use his superpowers in which he exploits profoundly. Peter
intentionally exploits his powers against the wishes of his mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) who believes that he is not ready for them in order
to hopefully be accepted by the Avengers and to win the heart of his senior love Liz (Laura Harrier). Peter only wants to be accepted and when he is
not he feels as if he has the urge to prove himself to them. It comes as no surprise that the intelligent and amazing Tony Stark is also the hero of this tale.

This movie was fantastic. It was what the first two "Iron Man" movies, "The Incredible Hulk" that starred Edward Norton as Bruce/ Hulk, "Thor",
and "Captain America" were all leading up to. It was the biggest problem they had ever faced, and it forced them to pull together. The film does,

slow, but the more you watch of the movie, the more interesting things get. Tony is his usual snarky and smart ass self, and as predicted, he does not

Robert Downey Jr. is a well–known American actor known for the roles in a wide range of films, including Iron Man, The Avengers, Sherlock
Holmes, and Chaplin. His background in movies and acting arrived from his parents being around in the business. Nonetheless, the life of a celebrity
is not as sophisticated as it seems, especially for Robert Downey Jr who had a drug abuse problem starting at a young age.
History and Background
Robert Downey Jr's tackle with addiction began at the age of six years old. His father, Robert Downey Sr, was a rich filmmaker and together initiated
his son's film career and future drug addiction. Robert Downey Sr gave his son a small role in the movie "Pound" at age of five, where Downey Jr

In October 1997, one of Downey's drug counselor testifies that Downey had skipped a drug test. In December of that same year, the court concluded
that Downey had violated his probation and Judge Mira sentences the actor to Los Angeles County Men's Central Jail, where he spent 113 days
between 1997 and 1998. Robert Downey Jr's time in jail was at a low–security level, he was placed as a normal inmate, where his presences resulted in
numerous fights. Downey was an objective of many fights due to his celebrity status and considering a pretty boy celebrity was not helping. Many of
the fights emerged in various cuts and abrasion. The altercation got serious that he received a severe gash from three inmates and had to be moved to
a solitary confinement. After serving 113 days, Downey was released, and in 1998, he checks in a court–ordered 120 days of a rehab program, where
he remained on probation. In June 1999, he was ordered to a strict 24–hour rehabilitation center for admitting to missing another drug test. Despite
Downey's pleas and legal team, in August of 1999, the judge ordered him three years at the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and state

For half of Sanders life, he was not known and not popular but that changed drastically. According to Hutchingson's biography he states, "Reduced
to living on social security payments, Sanders took to the road franchising his fried chicken recipe(Har 1)." Sanders success came very slowly.
The fact that he was poor and is now the founder of a very popular chain restaurant shows that he succeeded even though he had a lot of troubles.
Although Sanders had a recipe, he couldn't really do much with it, but it will soon make him wealthy. In Britannica's biographies she states, "After
selling his restaurant, Sanders took to the road armed with his recipe but signed up only five restaurants in two years. By 1964, however, there
were more than 600 franchises in the U.S and Canada and Sanders was making $300,000 a year(Har 1)." Seeing how Sanders only signed up five
restaurants in two years shows that he was not really that successful with his recipe. He did infact overcome this because later down the road he
was signed up to 600 different franchises and started making money. Although Sanders is as popular and successful as he is know, he never got
handed anything, he succeeded all on his own. Another passage from Hutchingson's biography states, "Sanders founded the Kentucky fried
chicken(KFC) franchise in 1956, at the age of 65, using his monthly $105 dollar social security check(Har 1)." Sanders failure of jobs and lack of
money would be something most people can't overcome. Sanders only made 105 dollars a month at the age of 65 and still found a way to become
rich. This shows that he learned from the past and changed yet his

Sherlock Holmes V. Sherlock. There Always Seems To Be A
Sherlock Holmes v. Sherlock
There always seems to be a debate on which portrayal of Sherlock Holmes is better.; the movie with Robert Downey Jr. or the show with Benedict
Cumberbatch? The movie and show are based on Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle but are different in aspects such as actor portrayals,
levels of complexity, and main character deaths. These aspects make the show better than the movie.
Both shows have relatively the same characters, but the portrayals vary greatly. In the movie, Robert Downey Jr. portrayal of Sherlock was very bland.
Sherlock found little to no satisfaction in being a high functioning sociopath with amazing deductive skills. There was no connection with anybody in
the movie; he felt nothing for ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Watson takes care of and tries to keep Sherlock out of trouble, but is almost always ready to go on a case and join in on the troublesome game. He
balances Sherlock's sociopath tendencies but brings his own wonder to the show. Watson makes sure he is heard and is the voice of reason.
Additionally, Andrew Scott as Moriarty is perfect. He has the psychopathic behavior and is very conniving and mysterious. Scott makes him unnerving
because you know he is a master criminal and will not hesitate to kill people. Yet he still keeps the character relatable. Scott makes Moriarty a serious
psychotic man but brings slight comedy to the part by not being serious.
The show is better than the movie because the character portrayals are much better because they are more relatable and overall intriguing. The
development of the characters is detailed but leaves enough out to keep it clouded with mystery. On top of a better portrayal of characters, the show
has a better level of complexity.
In the movie, the Moriarty case was complex and difficult to follow. The case was difficult because Sherlock is going against someone on his
intelligence level, so the audience struggles to keep up. Also, having a backstory with the gypsy that helped throughout the movie added to the plot but
was more of a distraction. The ending was not that complex though. The impending murder kept you guessing, but not the death of Moriarty.

have food on the table, and would have to work on farms to get the substance they needed. Both Ben and his brother Curtis faced difficulty in

teacher took an interest in Ben and encouraged him in his love for science. Ben's eighth grade year brought about a different type of adversity. Even
though Ben was now doing well in school he struggled with his anger. In his autobiography, Gifted Hands, Carson stated that he once tried to hit his
mother with a hammer because she didn't agree with his outfit choice. He also mentioned an altercation with a friend over an argument about the

The wage gap is the difference between what men and women are paid solely based on their gender. Women are paid less than men in virtually every

into account. Official data from the government even states that women make seventy–four cents for ever dollar that men make. In 2015, u.s. women

  • 1. Film Restoration "Restoration": A Film Critique Restoration is a film directed by Michael Hoffman and adapted from the Rose Tremain novel of the same title. The peculiar English tale takes place in the seventeenth century, when King Charles II took control of the country, replacing Oliver Cromwell. Along with King Charles's reign came the period of Restoration known for its return to man and hedonists lifestyles, which replaced Cromwell's strict Puritan rule. The film beings with a fictional aspiring doctor, who King Charles calls on to cure on of his beloved spaniels, becomes entranced by the King's web of lies and persuasion and, eventually, is coerced into marrying one of the King's mistresses. Down Syndrome In Luke Zimmerman's Luke Zimmerman, who plays on "The Secret Life of an American Teenager" and "Glee", is a famous celebrity that is diagnosed with Down syndrome and he is 35 years old and has been involved in early intervention programs from the time he was two weeks old. Down syndrome doesn't just show up during your life, you're not going to just start noticing you have Down syndrome in the middle of your life or be diagnosed with it later on. You're born with it; you have no way to get rid of it at any time. You can't change it. Down syndrome is a chromosomal condition that is linked to intellectual disability. • 3. Avengers Age Of Ultron Essay 'Avengers Age Of Ultron' was certainly one of the most hyped films of 2015. Considering how good 'The Avengers' was, I couldn't help but expect a film of the same calibre. Unfortunately, I can't say it is. I'm sure it's not a bad film, in fact I came out of the cinema thinking it was a successor to the first, but all the action scenes were steering me away from some weak points in the film, Josh Whedon's lack of story and interesting direction disappointed me the most. The film follows the aftermath from 'Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, 'TheAvengers' and 'Captain America: The winter solider. 'Age of Ultron' opens with the heroes all together trying to capture hydra informants that have attained technology from beyond this world. This calls for ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Just like in 'The Avengers' the one–liners are back and they offer quite a few laughs. The strongest actors in my opinion were Chris Evens (Captain America) Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man) and Chris Hemsworth (Thor) because these were the best at being humorous while still kicking CGI butt. The noob Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor Johnson) who played Kick ass (in 'Kick ass') was a surprise for me, he acted on par but I kept seeing his character from his other movies, the accent he put on was a tiny bit cringe in some parts but he did good for his first full marvel movie. His sister in the film Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) played a solid part which was full of emotion. I can't leave out "the big guy "Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) who played a decent part, especially when on–screen with The Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) who goes through some past memories that bring out her emotions. I was also very impressed with Hawkeye (Clint Barton) as he is just a guy with a bow, and this helps bring out the humanity in the team. He performed very well and had more screen time than I thought he would get, but that is not a bad ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Cases of Overcoming Hardship Hardship is something everyone must overcome at some point in their lives. Everyone deals with hardships differently. It is harder for some people to recover from hardship because of their family, friends, or even because they can't find the will within themselves to deal with hardships. It would be easier for someone who is naturally determined and strong willed to overcome things because they have a inbred ability to conquer their fears and leave behind whatever it was that was making their life unbearable. If parents don't support their kids decisions, such as Jeannette going to New York, then that can make it harder to triumph over things they struggle with. If friends don't encourage someone to go on and make something better of themselves, they will hold them back and they will be stuck in the life everyone expects them to live. Many parents support their children to learn from their mistakes and make better choices than what they made when they were a kid and even now. Friends can be a huge part in trying to get over things that they are struggling from. With the right support and help from them it makes it that much easier to overcome hardships. The person struggling must find it within themselves to be a better person each day. Not everyone has the same chance of recovery, but that doesn't mean that they can't do it. They may just have to worker harder, but that means the reward will be that much better. Jeannette started from the bottom, in a small town with an ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

He was initially introduced to drugs at the age of 8, by his father, and by age 20 he had developed a full–fledged addiction. One of the films Downey jr played a role in actually worsened his drug addiction. In the movie 'Less than zero' he played the role of a young man named Julian, who was a drug addict. Playing the role of Julian allowed Downey jr. to slip into his personality, and while Robert was not as bad as Julian when the movie first began to be filmed, by the end of the filming he was far worse. Robert's description of what occurred as a result to playing the role of Julian was; "The character was an exaggeration of myself. Then things changed, and, in some ways, I became an exaggeration of the character. That lasted far longer than it needed to last." A few years later, he was caught in possession of drugs and sentenced to three years in prison. However, he was released after only one, and was admitted into rehab. The early 2000's were a blur of arrests and court dates for Robert, as he was continuously caught in possession of drugs, specifically cocaine. Downey Jr Starring: Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall I choose this movie because it give a good explain as to how important it is to have a good line of communication when it come to The movie "The judge" is about a strained relationship between a father and son. The thesis is further supported by the son who after several years of separating himself from his family is compelled to stay in his hometown with his father and brothers after legal troubles, but more importantly, medical issues arise. The "Braveheart" actor has done a "Robert Downey Jr" (disgraced actor making a successful comeback) and is expecting his NINTH (!!!) child this year. If you were a so–called "millenial", you'd consider Mel Gibson as a has–been actor. But if you were much older, you'd know that Mel Gibson was once the best actor–turned director that was. From the day some people could understand movies as anything other than just pictures on a screen, superheroes have inspired them and made them believe in the supernatural. Normally it begins with a fascination with Greek Mythology heroes such as Herakles or Percy Jackson. Tastes in heroes change, though; now Batman, Spider man and Superman along with The Avengers have taken a dominant role in the Superhero community. Captain America andIron Man are among some of the most popular to date. They're alike in many ways, such as the fact they both have a similar origin story, and the same "job" and editing effects done by the producer. However, for these likenesses there are many differences between the films as well, such as their costumes and character types/ personalities, even their powers. The moral of these two films overlap as well to show that heroes are not born great but are made great by the tough decisions that they make. Captain America and Iron Man are both origin stories that use action, adventure, and science fiction to lure people to the theatre. In 1936, McCarthy made his first venture into politics in a race for district attorney. He came in second in this attempt; however, McCarthy ran for judge of the 10th circuit court in 1938. The second time around, McCarthy threw himself into his campaign with a seemingly endless amount of energy. In a state–wide effort to boost his public appeal, McCarthy made speeches touting his slogan "Justice is Truth in Action." McCarthy won the election. However, once McCarthy attained his position, he totally disregarded his responsibilities. He set a frantic pace that he maintained the whole term, racing through cases and ignoring traditional procedures. Joseph was known to later use the slogan "Justice delayed is justice denied" to support his fast pace. • 32. Peter Parker Character Analysis The new saga to the already seemed endless sequels of the Spider–man series is an acceptance and relationship movie. A time in which Peter Parker's maturation involves him being able to control his superpowers is connected to how he can control his own sense of self. The film's main subject is clear and plain, a young superhero's abuse of his powers in order to show off, become popular, and most importantly, impress a girl in his high school. The hero attempts to overcome obstacles that he has never faced on his own because of the low amount of trust that is given to him. Not surprisingly, the hero learns better after almost costing many people's lives including his own. An incredibly gifted and young Queens high school sophomore, Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland) is still halfway between fantasy and childhood. He stills play legos with his best pal Ned (Jacob Batalon) after school. Peter is still particularly challenged when having the choice to use his superpowers in which he exploits profoundly. Peter intentionally exploits his powers against the wishes of his mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) who believes that he is not ready for them in order to hopefully be accepted by the Avengers and to win the heart of his senior love Liz (Laura Harrier). Peter only wants to be accepted and when he is not he feels as if he has the urge to prove himself to them. It comes as no surprise that the intelligent and amazing Tony Stark is also the hero of this tale. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Holmes figures out that Blackwood has worked this into his plans and is far from done, he has much bigger plans in store. Stars Rachel McAdams, Jude Law, and Mark Strong. Directed by Guy Ritchie. This was a great film. Robert Downey, Jr. shines; most Americans cannot pull of an English accent, but this man can do any accent. As well as play any part. It was really no wonder that Robert was nominated for his role in this film. Do not get me wrong, however, that while I praise only Downey that he is the only one worth mentioning. The group is not good at working as a team, they quickly find out, and they need proper motivation to help them pull together. Stars Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Hemsworth, and Samuel L. Jackson. Directed by Joss Whedon. This movie was fantastic. It was what the first two "Iron Man" movies, "The Incredible Hulk" that starred Edward Norton as Bruce/ Hulk, "Thor", and "Captain America" were all leading up to. It was the biggest problem they had ever faced, and it forced them to pull together. The film does, however take some time to get going; the group is off each doing their own thing, and needs to be called in. The beginning of the film was a little slow, but the more you watch of the movie, the more interesting things get. Tony is his usual snarky and smart ass self, and as predicted, he does not do well to playing with a team. Although he does have some luck getting along fine with Bruce Banner. "Avengers" features a lot of action, especially when the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. battle the aliens Loki brought to Earth, but the movie features a story too. None of the team members works well as a team, they spend about half of the movie fighting with each other over how to take care of Loki. They have little time to put aside their differences and work together, no time to really hate each other. They are finally able to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Robert Downey Jr. thrived and learned from the past in many ways. Although he is thriving now, his early life was not so good but he found a way to pull through. According to Hutchingson's biography he states, "Reduced to living on social security payments, Sanders took to the road franchising his fried chicken recipe(Har 1)." Sanders success came very slowly. The fact that he was poor and is now the founder of a very popular chain restaurant shows that he succeeded even though he had a lot of troubles. Although Sanders had a recipe, he couldn't really do much with it, but it will soon make him wealthy. In Britannica's biographies she states, "After selling his restaurant, Sanders took to the road armed with his recipe but signed up only five restaurants in two years. By 1964, however, there were more than 600 franchises in the U.S and Canada and Sanders was making $300,000 a year(Har 1)." Seeing how Sanders only signed up five restaurants in two years shows that he was not really that successful with his recipe. He did infact overcome this because later down the road he was signed up to 600 different franchises and started making money. Although Sanders is as popular and successful as he is know, he never got handed anything, he succeeded all on his own. Another passage from Hutchingson's biography states, "Sanders founded the Kentucky fried chicken(KFC) franchise in 1956, at the age of 65, using his monthly $105 dollar social security check(Har 1)." • 37. Sherlock Holmes V. Sherlock. There Always Seems To Be A Sherlock Holmes v. Sherlock There always seems to be a debate on which portrayal of Sherlock Holmes is better.; the movie with Robert Downey Jr. or the show with Benedict Cumberbatch? The movie and show are based on Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle but are different in aspects such as actor portrayals, levels of complexity, and main character deaths. Watson takes care of and tries to keep Sherlock out of trouble, but is almost always ready to go on a case and join in on the troublesome game. He balances Sherlock's sociopath tendencies but brings his own wonder to the show. Watson makes sure he is heard and is the voice of reason. Additionally, Andrew Scott as Moriarty is perfect. He has the psychopathic behavior and is very conniving and mysterious. Scott makes him unnerving because you know he is a master criminal and will not hesitate to kill people. Yet he still keeps the character relatable. Scott makes Moriarty a serious psychotic man but brings slight comedy to the part by not being serious. The show is better than the movie because the character portrayals are much better because they are more relatable and overall intriguing. The development of the characters is detailed but leaves enough out to keep it clouded with mystery. On top of a better portrayal of characters, the show has a better level of complexity. In the movie, the Moriarty case was complex and difficult to follow. The case was difficult because Sherlock is going against someone on his intelligence level, so the audience struggles to keep up. Also, having a backstory with the gypsy that helped throughout the movie added to the plot but was more of a distraction. The ending was not that complex though. The impending murder kept you guessing, but not the death of Moriarty. James Moriarty on the show ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

They often didn't have food on the table, and would have to work on farms to get the substance they needed. Both Ben and his brother Curtis faced difficulty in school, Ben was even at the bottom of his class and bullied for being "dumb." Even though Ben was now doing well in school he struggled with his anger.
