• Send announcements to club members
• Increase our social media presence

5. EDUCATION DIVISION
Primary tasks
• Plan inaugural meeting
• Execute all workshops
• Plan networking mixers
• Design event flyers
• Coordinate event logistics

• Collaborate with career development offices
• Plan weekly case practice sessions
• Manage case prep book lending

6. EXTERNAL RELATIONS DIVISION

• Plan case competition
• Re-connect with past firms to schedule events and
maintain relationship
• Connect with new firms
• Invite speakers and alumni
• Plan joint events with MBA consulting clubs

• Expand membership
• Improve Club outreach

7. CONSULTING AGENCY
Primary tasks
• Update a pitch deck for the agency
• Connect with potential clients in Houston
• Recruit trainees to work on projects
• Develop processes for smooth functioning of
agency

• Active presence in business community
• Collaborate with MBA consulting clubs in Houston
