Requesting the use of a computer lab (PC base only) without the use of specialty software
requires 3-business day’s notice so that we may provide the proper computer support services.
If software is required Computer Services will need the software 10 working days in
advance, prior to the date of the class.
1. In order to create user account(s); please attach a sheet (printed or typed) with the
following:
a. The names of all people who will be using a computer, usernames and passwords
will be provided.
b. The beginning and end dates that person will need to have access to the computer.
2. We will need to know what software will be used. Computer Services does not provide
support for any software brought in from the outside. Computer Services will make sure the
software is compatible with our systems. The software in use will need to be received 10
working days in advance prior to the date of the class.
3. Please provide the following information and a copy of the software needed for installation if
requested.
