3. EXAM CRACKER
Half Yearly Subscription for coaching/Institutes
In this subscription Exam Cracker will make a contract with Institute as a service provider for them.
Points for the contract
1. Exam Cracker will sign a contract with institute as a service provider that would be for 11
months (min) or more.
2. The data of institute would be the property of Institute if Exam Cracker uses the data then
there would be a procedure for Institute to cancel the contract and Institute may get
compensation from Exam Cracker.
3. Exam Cracker will never ask for Data for its uses, only institutes will have the right to
upload the data from their place.
4. All legal issues (if occur) will be solve at institute local area.
What Exam Cracker Needs from Institutes
1. There would be a onetime registration fees for Institute/Coaching as a part of Exam
Cracker (That would be INR 3000/-).
2. Exam Cracker will provide solution in the name of Institute/Coaching.
3. Exam Cracker will make a portal for Coaching in a minimum charge of INR 5000/-.

4. EXAM CRACKER
Charges:
The charges for providing the online exam solution will be INR 400/-(Yearly)

 Separate dashboard each student.
 Unlimited practice test for students.
 Subject wise test for student.
 Mock Test Series for every batch.
 Apart from this Exam Cracker will provide extra test series to registered
student time to time.
 All registered student will be notified time to time by SMS or mails for
upcoming exam or any important news.
 If same student will continue in the Institute then for next 6 months the
charges would be INR 150/- .
