My 5 minutes bell
z Describe three effective tips to avoid
problems experienced in a business
meeting.
1. Be polite: If you treat others with politeness, you will maintain the
serenity of the meeting and make the atmosphere less tense. A
good action attracts good reactions
2. Prepare your message: Preparing with time is the key, do not
improvise, much less when it comes to technical issues. If those
present are experts, they will notice that you do not know about
the subject. A person who does not prepare will show
nervousness.

have a moderator: a person who is responsible for deciding who
has the word to have a better communication

Brief description of my tips

with these tips that I put in the presentation I try to identify how
to be a person determined to lead a business meeting in the
best way since the least I try is to provoke a discussion with bad
purposes
