About CCP.

Contact Centre Partners is a boutique recruitment consultancy that provide staffing
solutions across the globe within the contact centre industry.

The foundation of our success is built on our vast and unrivalled network of elite contact
centre professionals. Our team of expert and dedicated consultants have built powerful
and long lasting relationships with the widest pool of talent within the industry which
enables us to offer a premium service to our clients and candidates.

Founded by Mark Conway and Deren Zaghlul, Contact Centre Partners (CCP) has 7 core
business divisions. Although the majority of this work involves placing people in permanent
roles, we do have a service dedicated to supplying clients with Interim Consultants on a
contract basis.

After many years working within the industry, we decided to setup a boutique, people
focussed, quality driven and industry specific recruitment business. At CCP, we have an
ambition, a goal but it is totally dependent on building strong relationships with people,
whether it’s our staff, our candidates or our clients.
