CHALLENGE
After years of gross underinvestment in IT,
the client needed to make wholesale
improvements to their systems and
infrastructure, despite the lack of locally-

MANDATE
To profile candidates with the necessary
requirements in a location with a shortfall

Global Head of BI to set strategy and build

The client wanted to create, from scratch,
a near-shore SAP Competency Centre to

MANDATE
To support the creation of the Competency
Centre by providing a large number of SAP
Functional and Technical Consultants.
SOLUTION
Operating within tight timescales, Montash
successfully identified a selection of highly
skilled SAP experts, including at senior
