of health ,we feel bad . Symtoms tell us that our bodies

-Eat 3 or 5 meals a day and always eat breakfast
-Wash our hands before meals and have a shower every day
-Breathe fresh air, avoid places with smoke

Infectious illnesses are caused by harmful bacteria or
viruses.they can be contagious or non-contagious .
An illness is contagious when an ill person transmits the
illness to a healthy one : flu, for example
