Store Observation

1. ANALYSING STORES

2. Name of the store in white medium letters, under it
the slogan ‘your store of natural products’, all on a
green board.
The store remit to nature. (wood furniture
and floor, stone walls)
No music playing. Quiet place. The place is
empty. Salespeople has an uniform (green
t-shirt with the name of the store).
Sale items  into a basket near the
Payment counter.
Products  arranged by function.

3. Opened door. Loud place because of the
customers. Most of them women, of all
ages. They stay for at least 1 hour at the
store. The staff have to use black clothes.
The products (shoes) are separated by size,
and by style. The most expensive ones are at
eye level. The ones in sale are on the second
floor.

4. Very illuminated. The store
Is full. Customers are: men,
women and kids. The staff don`t have uniform
but they use a identification tag. The
products are separated by sections (kids,
male, female). The sale ones are in the
middle of the store.

5. The store has a very good smell of perfume. In
the middle of it are located the make up.
The sale products stay with the normal ones.
The
Customers
are woman
(young
middle-aged
and elder
too). Staff has an uniform. The place is very
delightful and I feel comfortable in there.

6. The store is small and the products are arranged by
function. The customers are mainly man, with the age
of 18-25. There is a loud electronic music playing. Is
not a place that called my attention and I don`t
wanted to stay there for a long time. The salespeople
use a t-shirt with the name of the store.

7. The store is very big, so the
products are arranged by
sections (toys, beauty, clothes).
There are all kind of music
playing there, so the place
pleases a lot of people. The
customers are middle aged some
with kids, and most of them are
women.The name of the store is
written very big in red letters.
Salespeople don`t have an
uniform. Just a identification
tag.
