Pull and Bear has modern sections by gender and latest music. Shasa has loud music, multiple levels like a disco, and is colorful. Liverpool has rounded white signage, white floors and shelves, smells of perfumes, and has cashiers in each department.

Department store
The store have the close door in the out side part of
the mall, but in the inside are opened, in the two main
entrance are to guards, it feel you good.
The sign lettering is big in red color and the typography
is handwriting,
tell you that is a familiar store, everything in the store
are color beige, in floor and celling this is too high and
the illumination is yellow,
the illumination is bright but yellow.
Don´t have music, is quite and is warm, the store is
crowed of many products.
Have a lot of cash register in many different
departments.
The personnel have uniforms in color red and navi
blue, and are very kind.
I saw that the store reflects a place like a nest, you
feel warm and comfortable, and the products are
collocated for colors.

3. ISHOP
Electronic store
The store have the opened door, have one guard in the
main entrace, looks so shine from out site, invite you
to enter.
The sign lettering is medium in white color and the
typography is plane and looks modern, tell you that is a
great store, everything in the store are color white,
grey and black.
Every products are in their right place, the celling this
is too high and the illumination is white and so bright.
Have music, is cold, the store is very organize and
have all products for use and the personnel are so
helpful and use uniform.
The experience in this store is very grateful and the

The store is very clean, this help the costumer to find

invite you to enter and is cold store.
