Responsibility’s
 Arrangements of two shift duty of security guards according tostrength.
 Provide training to new guards and regular guards time to time basis.
 Match the service according to director, Principles and administrative officer.
 Provide Stationery, Dress, Shoos, and Management order to Staff according to
requirement.
 Giving surprise visit to location at any time.
 Deduction of salary of staff if any misconduct or miss behavior occurrence.
 Handling the tricky situation like police compliments if any unlikely event happened.
 Check the performance and problem of guards.
 Managing guard’s location for examination point of view.
 Maintained attendance sheet and provide to management with appropriate guards
salary deduction and increment.
 Check the monthly security agencies bill and match the bill with our dada before pass it.
 Maintenance of Staff data like : MIS
 Handling overlapping of shift.
 Dally reporting to boss.

Location:Nagpur
Oversee andcontrol the whole securityof the site
Supervise andregularlybrief the guardsunderhiscontrol
Detail /roster the guard’sdailyduty
Checkand ensure thatthe guards at the SecurityPostare performingtheirdutiesasspeltoutin
the SecurityinstructionManual.A copyof the dutyroster tobe paste at the Post;
Brief the patrol guard on the dailyrequirementssuchasto lookout forillegal activitieslike
gambling,illegal occupierwomenloiteringorsoliciting,suspiciouspersonscominginorleaving
the site,damagedperimeterfence,irregulardumpingof materialsonthe fence,oranyfresh
matterswhichneededattention.(Needdailychecklistof patrol)
Checkthe livingquartersandtake appropriate actiononall wrongful acts/ activitiessuchasnon-
bona fide personsfoundtherein,fightingorconcealingoffensive weapons.(Needdailychecklist
of patrol)
Attendingtoall Police mattersandmajoractions/incidentoccurringonsite.
Collatinginformationtoformulate/conductsuitable raids;
Counselingof workersof badworkingattitude suchasconstantlyabsentfromwork.
Liaise withforemen,site supervisorsandengineersonmatterregardingthe securityonsite.
Reportall irregularities,Valuationof incidentsandputupincidentreports.
Respirationof terminatedworkers.
Trainingthe guards and otherstaff.
Recommendationof site improvementwithrespecttosecurity
Responsible forthe issue of SecurityPassesinaccordance tothe instruction ondocumentation.
Ensure the Passesare issuedtoauthorizedpersonsafterconfirmingthe relevantdocumentsuch
as validPassport/DrivingLicense /AadharCard / VoterID ;
Ensure that all newstaff,Sub-Contractorsandworkershave validIDProof,attendedthe in-house
OSHEMS & Securityinductionpriortoissuingthemwithapermanentsecuritypass.
Assisttoorganize the crowdduringemergencysituationsordrillsandalsoduringmajorincidents.
Anyotherdutiesassignedbythe management.
Careerprogression/shouldpossesspassionwillingtolearnandgrow withthe company.
