  • 17. What are Goals… Long and medium-term objectives or results which an organization or group commits to achieve within a specified period of time
  • 18. Goals… A clearer statement of the visions, specifying the accomplishments to be achieved if the vision is to become real
  • 19. Goals… In setting goals, ask these questions: What does the organization/group want? What is it trying to achieve? Who are the target clients?
  • 20. Objectives… More specific statements of results, which an organization or enterprise commits to achieve within 3-5 years or more

  • 29. A strategy must be monitored and evaluated A key aspect in developing monitoring/evaluation tool is that you must be able to have a clear and definitive parameters in order to compare target and actual performance.
