It's also important to define and set up
the right, individual customer expectations
from the beginning.

Setting SMART goals.
I can start small and set up goals both
for myself and for the project deliverables.
I'll make the goals S.M.A.R.T.
They will conform to the following criteria:
Specific, Measurable, Attainable , Relevant , Timely

Meeting and exceeding expectations
By applying Kaizen principles of constant improvements
and progressive positive differences each time.
I'll understand the difference between what I can do to meet
expectations and what I must do to exceed them.

This self-propelled vision shall include
