Film evaluation
For thisfilmIfeltthatwe as a group demonstratedmanygoodcameraanglesandshotswhichwere
all reallyeffective inourpiece.We alsohadmanyshot/reverseshotsandkeeptothe 180 degree
rule as well.We alsoincludedmanydifferentthingsfrommediumshot,closeuptooverthe
shoulder. The editinginmyopinionalsowentwellasitwas prettysmooththe finallythingandalso
had some goodaudioto go alongwithitas well.There wasalsoan openingscreenandaclosing
screenwhichlookedgood.
The thingthat wasn’tso goodthat the filmwasno verylongand onlyjustreached1 minute. Also,I
thinkthe whole ideaof the filmcouldhave beentunedtobe more creative andbetterfittingforour
task. I thinkwe alsoneededmore comedywithinour piece tomake itthat little bitmore exciting
and funny.
If I hadto change anythingI wouldrewrite the scripttomake itmore funnyand make ita bitlonger
as well sowasa bettershortfilm.
Nexttime Iwill make sure totake time planningandwritingthe scriptsoit islongenoughand
effectiveatthe same time.Thiswouldmake ourfilmmuchbetterandmore funnyforthe audience.
