Fully understand clients business / objectives / strategy / people and culture to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation, which effectively allows us to successfully represent our client within the market. Gain full understanding of the client’s specific hiring requirements, taking time to understand the full skill-set required including: responsibilities/ objectives/technical needs/ soft skills and salary. Utilise our consultants market knowledge and personal network of candidates, conduct a detailed search of our extensive database of (100,000+) candidates, research and advertise on all of the major online job-boards (of which we have agreements with all of the major players), perform telephone interviews to qualify and assess the candidates suitability for the role, aim to deliver qualified CV’s to the client within 24 to 48hrs, execute deep candidate compliance checks including referencing, local tax issues (if based in Europe) and pay-rolling needs. Manage candidates though the entire interview process, from initial selection through to interview, offer stage, and rate and contract negotiation and acceptance

We assign researchers internally which are the backbone behind the strong research component we integrate in to our search, to go to market and collate the names of potential candidates from target companies, allowing us to create very specific and accurate market intelligence. This information supplements individuals already known to the business, and in addition, discreet networking through our sector contacts. Our senior consultants pro-actively approach candidates and present the client’s opportunity to gain interest, and qualify suitability for the position. Our screening process involves criteria based questioning techniques, which can also be coupled with any additional qualification requested by the client. This thorough evaluation that’s carried out with meticulous scrutiny guarantees the result delivered is a highly reference and validated candidate. We present a shortlist of candidates, typically 4/5 people for any one role. However, if required, we can fast track (or drip feed) candidates upon suitable qualification for the role. Throughout the interview and offer stage / resignation we continue to stay close at hand, encouraging candour and openness from both parties, helping the chances of a placement and successful completion and closure of the process.

As well as being able to search our extensive database of 100,000+ candidates, work though the significant internal network we have created, and search for candidates using our in-house developed search methodology the Next Ventures consultants have access to all of the key online job-boards, and are skilled in being able to utilize key Industry networking sites to locate top talent.
