a person or group of people that

I chose Magda Berny because she chooses to bring out
peoples natural beauty and make their features pop and stand
out, bringing attention to their face where usually model
agencies use fashion or hair to shape beauty, this
photographer captures their true beauty, where nothing is
hidden
The reason I chose the artist Yousuf Karsh is because he captures
the simplistic emotions of widely known people and capture
them in a different light than how they are usually seen, they
aren't smiling or acting they just naturally pose and their
emotions are portrayed in a paused moment in time
Sylvie Bendel truly shows what portraits are, they
seem deliberately imperfect and utterly raw.
Nothing is edited or airbrushed to perfection, it is
true and allow us to read their thoughts and
emotions as if it were a story. Also she definitely
knows how to use lighting to benefit her work

Old portrait photos are mainly in sepia
or black and white because of the type
of cameras used compared to todays
portrait photographers that can produce
clear, colour pictures. Also it is now more
acceptable to have more natural photos.

Landscape photography shows
spaces within the world. Landscape
photographs typically capture the
presence of nature but can also
focus on man-made features or
disturbances of landscapes. Also
photographers tend to use a long
