2. DESCRIPTION
To manage and administrate housekeeping department and laundry to be most effective
and profitable to the guest .and to assist other department to maintain and improve the
service provide to the guest. and fellow the employees to do their jobs effectively to ensure

RESPONSIBILITIES
For short and long term planning and day to day operation of the housekeeping department.
Evaluate and examine the operation of the housekeeping department
Supervise coordinate of hk staff by making sure that these services are available to the guest.
Responsible for planning and implementation in hk dept.
To control to use master keys and supervise laundry uniform linen gust supply pantries to ensure are
available to use.
Fellow up out of order rooms with engineering dept.
To do daily inspection for gust rooms occupied arrivals departures VIPs corridors public Area
out lets. Around& enter & behind of the hotel to ensure it is ready.
Responsible for make daily tasks to the guest rooms and public area to improve the service provide to
the guest.
To handled guest complain accordance with hotel policy.
Fellow up to our equipment to ensure its ready for work.
Responsible for training to safe to improve their skills.
