Mr. Thairani is a Chartered Accountant with a diverse and extensive
experience of over 25 years in the fields of Business and Management.
An industry professional, who was equally passionate about advancing
the cause of education, saw a gap in the current education system for
an institute that could engender industry ready professionals. He
launched the Lloyd Group with a focus on embodying management
principles, practices and politesse in the curriculum to ensure that a
graduating student had the confidence to face the dynamic and
demanding Indian
industry.

GROUP DIRECTOR
Dr Vandana Arora Sethi is a Gold-medalist from Delhi University with
work experience of more than 16 years, including industrial experience
at Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, Gurgaon and at Smart Analyst Inc.,
Gurgaon.
Currently working at Lloyd Group of institutions, Greater Noida as
Group Director.
She is confident, self-motivated, target-oriented and innovative with a
zest for accomplishing the tasks with sincerity & dedication and result
oriented.
Dr. Vandana is emphatically motivated, self-starting, versatile and
strongly committed to progressive and innovative methodologies. Has
a sharp & analytical mind, ability to see end to end keeping
organization goals in mind, ability to evaluate and effectively focus on
right target, strong communication & intra personal skills. She has a
track record of achieving results consistently, has received several
recognitions and team excellence appreciation awards from the
various organizations.

Dr.BhupenderKumarSom
DIRECTOR
Dr.Bhupender Kumar Som is a PhD in Stochastic Queuing Systems
from department of statistics and operational research, Kurukshetra
University. He possesses over 15 years of experience in teaching and
research. His area of expertise is stochastic queuing systems. He has
delivered his talks in many national and international conferences
organized by institutions of international repute on the topic of his
expertise such as IIM – A, IIM – S, IIM – I, Tsukuba University, Japan, and
MTMI Thailand. He has won many awards for these talks. He is on the
editorial board of journals of internal repute such as Journal of
Business theory and practice, LA USA. His work is published in various
journals of international repute and high indexing such as Springer,
Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, Scopus, SCI etc. His work guest a major
citation and downloads. He has been consulting industry and
completed many industry research projects. He conducts FDP’s/MDP’s
on business research methods and data analysis.

Lloyd Business School’s PGDM in Supply Chain Management (PGDM
SCM) in collaboration with Industry Partner Safeducate, aims at
making a student excel in Supply Chain Management and facilitate
theoretical learning and the practical application of the same in highly
competitive industry where skills define success. Lloyd’s PGDM
program designed to impart contemporary strategic and operational
business knowledge to the students in line with industry trends. In
pursuit of fulfilling this vision, Lloyd offers a unique ‘Work & Learn
Programme’, which provides ‘On-Job-Training’ for educating our

MBA
“A programme beyond the mundane”
This is a two – year full time, dual specialization programme, spread
over four semesters and leading to the degree of Master of Business
Administration. The flexibility offered and the overall vision of
extending genuine and well endowed information is the two most
notable features of the programme. Students are given an opportunity
to improve their communication skills and groom their personalities in
modern language lab sessions and personality development
programmes. Special classes in German and Chinese are also offered
to prepare students for international careers.
Annual Conclaves, Executive series of guest lectures, candidate
profiling, expectation mapping, Internships, Industrial visits and
Personality development programmes are targeted to create all round
development for students. Final year students have a variety of
specializations to choose from, depending on their aptitude and
preferences they can choose from over 6 specializations and multiple
subjects across semesters.
BBA PROGRAM

The program provides a fundamental education in business and
management principles. Programs typically allow students to
specialize in multiple concentration areas, including international
business, finance, real estate, computer information systems, or
accounting. BBA programs can offer practical management training
that can prepare students to successfully work within a large or small
organization.
The Program emphasizes on the development of communications,
quantitative reasoning, and business analysis skills. Through BBA

over 30 years of expansive academic experience. He is an acknowledged author and management
researcher with a myriad of publications in the fields of Financial Institutions & Services, Working
Capital, Tax Planning, E-business & Accounting and Business Regulations. He is a prolific writer
with multiple books to his credit and over 35 research papers to his name in reputed national and

PROF. (DR. ) SATISH . K. MATTA
Prof. (Dr.) Alka Jyoti is a Post Graduate, M.Phil and a gold medalist of CCS University Meerut. She
completed her Doctoral studies from MBU, Himachal Pradesh. She has more than 13 years of
experience in Academics & Research. Currently, she is the Program Coordinator for P.G. in
Management (MBA). She has presented research papers in various National & International
conferences. Her core competencies include Team Building and Mentoring. She is also the
Creative & Culture Head of Lloyd Group of institutions for more than 8 years. Research &
Publications.
DR. ALKA JYOTI (PROFESSOR)
He is a Economics graduate from Delhi university and PGDM (Marketing) holding 2nd Position
from BIMTECH. Currently, pursuing his Doctoral level studies in Marketing from Amity University.
He is a certified Business Analyst by International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA), Canada. He
has over 5 years of both Academic and Industry experience, Prior to Lloyd he was working in HDFC
Limited as Credit Manager handling credit operations and generating leads by Marketing different
financial assets of the company. Has a small tenure of experience with Evalueserve.
Teaching Interests: Managerial Economics, Principles of Management, Marketing
Management and Strategic Management.
MR. SHUBHAM AGGARWAL (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
The key competency areas for Mr. Noman include Finance, Banking & Business Law. He has over 7
years in academic experience and is currently pursuing research in the area is disinvestment of
PSU's in India and has keen interest in development of Games and Sports and international tie-
ups with foreign delegates.

MR. FAISAL NOMAN (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
With over 18 years of experience,
Mr. Saxena has been previously associated with multiple academic institutes
across North India. He is pursuing his Ph.D in the field of Statistics and is
interested in the fields of Business Statistics, Operations Research and
Project & Operations Management.
He is a reputed researcher and
apart from publishing in reputed national and International journals, he has
presented his work at several Conferences and Seminars to wide acclaim.

MR. RAJEEV SAXENA (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
An Administrative and HR Generalist with more than 12 years of corporate and academic
experience, Ms. Kamra has previously worked with renowned organizations such as MERI and
TCS. She is interested in researching the impact of Technology and Digitization in
the field of management. Ms. Kamra also acts as a key facilitator for the Corporate Connect Cell at
Lloyd Business School and strives to continually encourage student, faculty , corporate interaction
at the institute

MS. NEETU KAMRA (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Mr. Pradeep brings to the Institute over 25 years of Industrial experience in the field of Internal
Audit & Accounts in multiple organizations like JK Industries. He has been associated with Lloyd
Group of Institutions with over 7 years and handles matters of Student Affairs, Discipline and Event
Supervision on Campus.

MR. PRADEEP BHARTHWAL (PROFESSOR)
Mr. Gupta is IT professional with MBA (IT and Marketing) from TMU, Moradabad and has over 12
years of academic experience. His key competency areas include Database Management System,
Computer Applications in Management and E-commerce. He has published several research
papers and a book on IT application in Management.

MR. RAJUL GUPTA (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Ms. Sabeena Yousuf is a management graduate from University of Kashmir and MBA (Marketing &
Finance) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New-Delhi. She has over two years of experience in managing a
handicraft firm, dealing with client interactions, product development and marketing of the
products. She is an avid reader and her liking for literature impelled her to pursue a Masters in
English. Ms. Yousuf is a Training & Placement coordinator at Lloyd who aims for and works towards
the holistic development of the students.

MS. SABEENA YOUSUF (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Dr. Shruti Traymbak has been associated with Prestige Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida since
July 2018 and presently working as an Associate Professor and Head of Corporate Connect. She
has nearly 7 years of Industrial experience and 9 years of teaching and research experience. She
has been awarded a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management in 2019 from the reputed Institute
Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (Ranchi). She has completed her MBA with dual Major
Specialization (Marketing and HR) from the same Institute. She has completed her graduation
from one of the most prestigious college, Miranada House (Delhi University). She is a recipient of
AMP Excellence Awards 2019, which is set to be the most coveted awards recognizing excellence
in teaching and research.

DR. SHRUTI TRAYMBAK (ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR)
Ms Ritika Khurana is a UGC-JRF qualified, MBA-HR from BIMTECH &B.Tech in Electronics &
Communication from ITM University. She has an experience of working with Tata Consultancy
Services (TCS) as a Business analyst in Global Recruitment Services for 33 countries. She is the
founder of Perficio – an initiative to empower youth through soft skill training. Certified in HR
analytics, have analysed data to formulate strategies related to recruitment for a MNC Equipped
with knowledge of predictive analytics. As a program convener for PGDM - Business Analytics, she
collaborates with industry experts to give the required exposure to students & bridge the skill gap
ensuring that the students are industry ready. She also heads the CSR club - 'Good Samaritans' at
Lloyd Business School to ensure that we produce leaders who are ethical & socially responsible."

MS RITIKA KHURANA (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Ms. Kajal heading the Center of Excellence for Supply Chain Management at Lloyd, is a business
graduate (Marketing specialization) from Amity University and MBA graduate in International
Business & Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, BHU. She has three years of
dynamically induced exposure in the corporate (ICICI Bank, Branch Sales Manager, Mortgage) and
other business sectors.

MS. KAJAL CHAUHAN (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Mr. Anoop Kumar Sharma is an IT professional with MCA from Jaipur National University and B.Sc
(IT) from Lovely Professional University. He has over 8 years of industry as well as academic
experience. His key competency areas include Java Programming Language, Spring, Hibernate,
Computer Applications in Management and Introduction to Spreadsheet.

MR. ANOOP KUMAR SHARMA (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Prof. Verma is an Engineering graduate (Geoscience Engineering) from University of Petroleum
Engineering Studies, Dehradun and a MBA Graduate in Marketing and Finance from Chandigarh
University, Mohali. He started off his career as a Market Research Analyst with Techsci Research
Noida and later Joined Chandigarh University as an Assistant Professor

MR. VISHWAS VERMA (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Prof. Neha Issar is a Graduate in commerce from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra and Post
Graduate in Finance & Marketing from Jagannath International Management School, Delhi. She
holds around six and half years of work experience as Data Analyst in S&P Global Market
Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. She has also worked as a Senior Manager of Investor Relations in a start-up
company. Presently, she is associated with Lloyd Business School as Visiting Faculty in the field of

MS. NEHA ISSAR (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Mr. P. R. Singh is a Commerce Post-graduate (MFC) from Aligarh Muslim University and qualified
National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by University Grant Commission. Mr. Singh is pursuing
his Doctoral study (Ph.D) in Commerce (Current Status: Submitted) from the same university
(A.M.U.). He was previously associated with AVAN & ASSOCIATES, (Chartered Accountant Firm) in
Aligarh and supervised Statutory Audits Concurrent Audits of Nationalized Banks and
Government Undertakings and Stock Audit & Cost Accounting of various private concerns. He had
an Industry experience of 10 years and Research experience of 4 Years.

MR. PRASHANT RAJ SINGH (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
Dr. Krity Gulati has about 10 years of experience in the field of academics and research. She is a
commerce graduate from Maharshi Dayanand University and MBA in Marketing & HR from
Lingaya’s Institute of Management & Technology. She is NET qualified and has completed her Ph.D.
in Management from MVN University. She has also qualified certification exam of Marketing
Research & Analysis and Sales & Distribution Management under elite category driven by IIT
Roorkee and IIT Madras respectively. She has also ranked in top 5% (across India) in certification
exam of Marketing Management driven by IIT Kanpur under UGC Swayam Program. Presently,

Ms. Soumya Singhal is working as an Assistant Professor in Lloyd Business School. She is a
Graduate and Post Graduate from University of Delhi. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral
Studies in Finance from Amity University, Noida. She has over 5 years of experience in Industry
and Academics both. She had worked with renowned organizations like KPMG , Indian Institute
of Management, Indore (IIM, Indore). She has presented research papers on Intellectual Capital at

trends, the students are encouraged to network with the panelists during in-between sessions
and Question & Answer rounds. One of the most important and functional aspects of equipping
our student managers is through the Personality Development Programme (PDP) The Training &
Placement Cell liaisons with the Corporate Mentors & Expert Faculty for conducting Personality
Development Programmes through workshops, management games and mock interviews for
grooming the students. We at Lloyd Business School ensure that every student must hone
various abilities which comprise of Public Speaking, Team Building, Interpersonal Skills,
Presentations Skills, Time Management, Business Etiquettes and so on, that eventually increase
their career prospects. 
The students go through an extensive PDP at Lloyd that focuses on holistic development of the
students covering the needs of not just domestic market but global environment as well. The
PDP aims to develop a student in the following areas:
Soft- Skill Training,
Behavioral Training,
Corporate- Culture Training, and
Aptitude Training (Quantitative/DI/ Reasoning).
SUMMER I NTERNSHI PS
As an Integral Part of the curriculum at Lloyd Business School, Summer Internships allow
students to link theoretical knowledge that they gain through classroom teaching to practical
processes utilized by various Industries and Sectors. During the Internships, students are placed
in organizations for a period of about 6-8 weeks, after the third trimester/ Second Semester, on a
specific assignment linked to their preferred areas of specialization. Students are placed for
Summer Internship at various Industrial sectors comprising of different companies ranging from
FMCG, Automobile, Retailing, Finance to top corporates. Under the guidance of Project Guides
from the Industry and with help from Faculty, students are expected to submit a report on the
given assignment detailing their learning and its linkages with management education. This
report is evaluated as part of the Program requirements and allows students to add a practical
dimension to their academic perspective that helps them get an idea about possible future
careers paths.
ON- THE- JOB TRAI NI NG
Lloyd offers a unique Work, Learn, Earn platform. Our Placement Mantra Programme, which
provides On-Job-Training to students about skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for
employees to succeed within a corporate set-up. During the Extensive Training Programme,
students get 'hands-on' learning in a professional environment. Students learn to successfully
apply acquired knowledge and skills in various organizations. Through our Industry partners, we
have successfully provided OJTs to students of previous batches.
FI NAL PLACEMENTS
Once an organization shows interest in recruitment from the Institute, the students are asked to
register their interest for the job. An email informing about the job opening and its details will be
shared with the students. Placement cell will try to get as much details as possible about the job
profile. The registration of interest is to be done by students by filling the Google form provided
by the cell, after going through the job profile. Only students who register for that particular job
profile will be considered for the job opening and their names and CVs will be shared with the
company. It will be responsibility of a student to keep his/her resumes updated with placement
cell. Once the names of students are submitted, student is not allowed to withdraw from the
selection process.

IBM Collaboration
Lloyd Business School has signed a memorandum of
understanding with IBM India Pvt Ltd. The IBM through this
strategic alliance provides knowledge intelligence in to the
Course and Teaching pedagogy for the course.

across all the Trimesters.
To provide Infrastructure and other support like Software
access tools for the conduction of course.

JOB FEST
NIYUKTI
The 4th Annual Job Fest of Lloyd Group of Institutions, “Niyukti-2019” was
organized on 7thApril, 2019 for the students of Pharmacy and Management
students, in collaboration with the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, (Delhi
Branch). The institute invited companies from different sectors like production,
quality assurance, quality control, sales & marketing, business development,
baking and finance, human resources, R&D, regulatory affairs etc. to interview
and offer jobs to students.
Lloyd’s Job fest was the unique networking opportunity that puts many
different employers under one roof to network with potential students coming
from different colleges and universities, usually over the course of one day. The
job fest of Lloyd aimed at putting participants on the fast track to gain a job,
help companies fill vacancies and solve workforce issues in the community.
More than 1700 students of B. Pharm., from 230 Institutes/ Universities
registered to appear in interviews with 50 companies in this Job Fest. They
came from Institutes all over India, including some leading names like

He possesses over 15 years of experience in teaching and research. His area of expertise is stochastic queuing systems. He has delivered his talks in many national and international conferences organized by institutions of international repute on the topic of his expertise such as IIM – A, IIM – S, IIM – I, Tsukuba University, Japan, and MTMI Thailand. Under the guidance of Project Guides from the Industry and with help from Faculty, students are expected to submit a report on the given assignment detailing their learning and its linkages with management education. This report is evaluated as part of the Program requirements and allows students to add a practical dimension to their academic perspective that helps them get an idea about possible future careers paths. An email informing about the job opening and its details will be shared with the students. Placement cell will try to get as much details as possible about the job profile. The registration of interest is to be done by students by filling the Google form provided by the cell, after going through the job profile. Only students who register for that particular job profile will be considered for the job opening and their names and CVs will be shared with the company. It will be responsibility of a student to keep his/her resumes updated with placement cell. Once the names of students are submitted, student is not allowed to withdraw from the selection process.
