2. Literary medallion was made at the initiative of Professor Mirela Tanc, supported by
Dana Teşedan (the librarian of the School "Oltea Doamna").
Students in seventh grade B (7B) managed to recreate technical issues using
Quilling for the letters representing the poet Mihai Eminescu.
The works were carried out on the occasion of January 15, when, at the "Oltea
Doamna", students, guided by Romanian language teachers Mirela Tanc, Ioana
Revnic and Liliana Pop (music teacher) whocelebrated verse, music and invitations
to reading celebration of 165 years since the birth of Mihai Eminescu.
Then, school children exposed in an exhibition hall dedicated to the life and work of
Eminescu works.
A "portrait of Eminescu" in words, cut from the book "Witnesses Mihai Eminescu". A
life story told by contemporaries (editor Catalin Cioabă, Ed. Humanitas, 2013) was
drafted by the school students. They read fragments from the anthology mentioned,
but also of his letters for Veronica Micle (reproduced in the volume „Of my sweet
lady” Ed. Polirom, 2000). In this way, students have challenged fellow-event reading
books about Mihai Eminescu.
Mihai Eminescu poems were recited and then by Diana Tanc (class VII B, directed
by prof. Mirela Tanc). Charm lyrics chosen, interpretation delicacy, sensitivity and
expressiveness singers impressed assistance.
Spectators at the event held a contest about the life and work of Mihai Eminescu,
and the winners were rewarded with drawings from all the students, illustrating
poems by Mihai Eminescu.

transmitted by our students by verse, song or color ennobled celebrate this meeting,
