The zone chairman is responsible for supporting the district governor and zone clubs. Their duties include attending district meetings, holding three zone meetings per year, organizing a zone social, guiding and reporting on zone clubs, and identifying and helping weak clubs. At zone meetings, the chairman aims to promote unity among clubs and encourage idea sharing and mutual support to solve club problems. They are also tasked with reviewing club membership, retention, attendance, finances, and reporting issues to district leadership.
