Project’s Details:
Project Scope was the construction and installation of a 1.5 km Jetty’s Superstructure and relevant
Topside Facilities (Piping, Mechanical, Fire Fighting System facilities, Equipment installation on the
Jetty, painting and insulation works).
The Jetty Superstructure was consisting of a 1485 long steel trestle and two lateral 200 m and 226
m branch trestles, totally made of 42Nos pre-fabricated and pre-assembled Trestle-modules, all to
be erected finally in situ on concrete pile caps. For piping expansion also other 9 trestles-modules
pre-assembled and erected.
Modules were erected with all piping, supports, cable trays and driving lanes. Except the trestles in
project’s scope was also the erection of all top side facilities on three concrete platforms. T-platform,
platform 1-2 and platform 3-4. Except piping and steel structure works, on platforms we erected-
installed Access Gangways, Catwalks, Loading Arms, Pumps.
The weights of Jetty were 3,700 tons of Steel Structure, 2,800 tons of piping (77.000 dia inches),
300 tons of pipe supports.
Trestles sizes were maximum 45 meters length, 5 meters width and 5 meters height. Weight of
trestles were from 90 to 150 tons.
Fabrication and Erection works duration was 18 months (from May 2013 up to October 2014).
