1. Location Location Location…
I have decided to take some of my photographs in the studio and outside.
The studio will be appropriate for the photographs of my model to be used on the
front cover and contents page of my magazine. The studio provides a clear white
background which will compliment my model when placed on the magazine. It will
make editing much easier, it is also very common on most front covers to have a
simple background complimenting the model, this makes It easier for context to be
read and stand out.
The Photographs that will be featured on my double page spread will be taken
outside. I will scout out urban areas which my model can pose and be involved in
the area.
This will reflect the R&B genre for the magazine and also give a bit of creation to the
featured interview. Areas that I would think of taking pictures would be derelict
roads or alley ways. The contrast between the run down area and the model who
will be acting as celebrity will highlight their fame showing how they manage to
stand out to be above society.
