What Is The Five Programmatic Thrust
I am interested in membership because the organization is bigger than myself. What I mean by this
statement is that the work the founders put into making sure this organization was not just a social
group is mind blowing. For example, The founders of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated were
the only African American women to attend the women's suffrage march in 1913. I believe in the
Programming thrust and principles. The five programmatic thrust shows me how involved the
organization is involved in making the world a better place. For example, Physical and Mental is a
very big thing to me as a psychology major. In the black community, we like to push away the fact
that mental illness is alive and well within us. The principles are important

The Findings After Testing Quantized Inertia On The Emdrive
The purpose of this article was to report the findings after testing quantized inertia on the EmDrive.
The authors predicted that the thrust produced by the EmDrive can be explained assuming that the
inertial mass of the photons is caused by unruh radiation. Multiple experiments took place in several
independent labs, and produced results that were similar to the predicted values for thrust. The
computations of the results did not sufficiently model wave oscillations in 3D, thus the authors
recommend further testing in order to produce more accurate findings.
The text is formatted as a journal article and has been peer reviewed. It was published on August 31,
2015, in Europhyiscs Letters, a journal founded in 1986 by the European Physical Society. The
article references multiple sources that are also academically reliable.
This source will be used to introduce one of the current theories attempting to explain how the
EmDrive produces thrust. The article also addresses the lack of scientific explanation which will
help to prove my own credibility in the report as I address a multitude of theories. Because the
article was published recently I will likely introduce this source last.
"Standard physics has no explanation for this and an error has not yet been found... There is no
explanation for this behavior in standard physics because it violates the conservation of momentum,

Advantage And Advantages Of Airplanes
I. INTRODUCTION Vertical Take–off and Landing (VTOL) and Short Take–off and Landing
(STOL) flight has been one of the main interests of both the civilian and military aviation
communities throughout the history of flight. The first patented VTOL design concept was by
Nikola Tesla in 1928. In May 1951, Lockheed and Convair were awarded contracts in the attempt to
design, construct, and test two experimental VTOL fighters. As a result, Lockheed produced the
XFV, and Convair produced the Convair XFY Pogo, nicknamed the "Pogo". Both experimental
programs proceeded to flight status and completed test flights 1954–1955. Similarly, the X–13 flew
a series of test flights between 1955 and 1957. But due to much higher complexity, cost and low ...

Another advantage, both to operators and to nearby residents, is the large reduction in ground noise
level made possible by the utilization of the steep descent and climb–out capability of the VTOL
aircraft. The VTOL airplane has great potential value in its military applications too. The most
obvious advantage is its utilization in delivering ground troops and supplies, the requirement being
only that a clearing of sufficient size exist in a reasonably level region. Tactical close air support
VTOL airplanes can operate in close proximity to zones of action out of these same clearings, thus
reducing the time required to deliver ordnance on a target, or the number of airplanes required
airborne on station. Destruction of or damage to airfield runways loses significance if the aircraft
utilizing the field have a VTOL capability. Consistent with weight and size limitations, each VTOL
airplane is capable of shipboard operations, without the requirement for arresting hooks, catapult
fittings, and the usually associated structural beef–up. By the same token, many ships, with the
relatively simple addition of a landing area, are capable of operating VTOL airplanes without the
requirement for heavy and complicated arresting

Using A Spinning Centrifuge On Earth
gradually heating the ship and leading to a host of mechanical issues that could have an effect the
steering, spinning, or integrity of the ship itself. This theoretical example was actually tested to see
the effects of simulating gravity for humans through use of a spinning centrifuge on Earth. The
experiment's design was to determine whether or not the subjects would develop an symptoms of
AMS or acute motion sickness. (Antonutto, 1992) The researchers discovered that none of the
subjects developed any symptoms as a result of the substitution of centripetal force for gravitational
force.(Antonutto, 1992) This gives a lot of hope for that method of combatting muscular atrophy,
spinal disk elongation, and the other previously mentioned effects, but this seems very resource
intensive to implement on all future designs, there is also very low practicality in this design. Every
portion of the ship would need to be build orientated along the interior curve of the ship. This would
be very disorientating for taking off and landing with proper orientation to the ground. There is
another method of ensuring an astronaut's simulation of gravity to prevent the reversible side effects
of weightlessness. Instead of making the entire vessel emulate gravity through centripetal force,
there is available technology that can create a force to act on the individual. It is an exercise method
and accompanying apparatus that claims to reduce muscular atrophy and loss of bone density more

What Angle Would Make A Pinewood Derby Car Go Faster?
Data Analysis What angle would make a pinewood derby cars go faster? The hypothesis was that if
a pinewood derby car had co2 inserted at a 20 degree angle then it would work best because the
angle would keep enough thrust power and keep it on the track. The Independent variable was the
angle a CO2 cartridge was inserted either 20, 45, or 180 degree angles. The dependent variable was
the time it took to travel one meter. The Control variable was the weight and mass of each car this
could have changed the time of each car because the CO2 cartridge would need to push more
weight. The control group was the angle used in woodworking 180 degrees, and the experimental
group was angles 20 and 45 degrees. The procedure where the largest change took

Model 60, N999LJ, owned by Inter Travel and Services, Inc., and operated by Global Exec Aviation,
overran runway 11 during a RTO at Columbia Metropolitan Airport, Columbia, South Carolina. The
captain, first officer and two other passengers were killed. The cockpit voice recorder caught
multiple loud rumbling sounds, which was later concluded in the NTSB report to be tires blowing
out. The tires were sequential blowing out due to the insufficient maintenance of the tires by Global
Exec Aviation. The recorders also documented confused conversations by the crew, regarding the
unexpected noises. The pilot committed to a RTO after V1 and after a ... Show more content on

ready for departure just prior to midnight. After analysis of the cockpit voice recorder (CVR)
transcript, it was revealed that the flight crew received clearance instructions from the CAE ground
controller to taxi from the northeast fixed–base operator's (FBO) parking ramp to runway 11. After a
short conversation with the first officer about which way to turn, the captain, who was the pilot
flying, turned the aircraft left onto taxiway U. The controller provided a corrected taxi clearance

The Universal Forces Of Flight And Paper Airplanes
Flight is a dynamic situation in physics. The forces that affect it are complex and often changing
dependent on many factors including speed, shape of the aircraft, the amount of thrust the engines
gives, and even the weather. Although, when applying the concepts of flight to a paper airplane, one
can usually ignore some of these factors, it is still vital to understand them when constructing any
successful aircraft. All the forces working to act on an object in flight come in pairs of resistive and
assistive forces; gravity–lift and drag–thrust (the former resisting flight and the latter assisting
(Spathopoulos). The four forces of flight all affect paper airplane flight, except for thrust, which is
negligible because paper airplanes do not have engines or anything capable of providing a thrust
force.
A paper airplane is more formally known as a glider. A glider is a special kind of aircraft that has no
engine (Hall, "Paper Airplanes"). There are many different types of glider aircrafts including hang–
gliders and piloted gliders; even the Space Shuttle acts as a glider during reentry and landing
because the rocket engines are used only during liftoff (Hall, "Paper Airplanes"). Paper airplanes
happen to be the simplest aircraft to build and fly, making it easy to observe the basics of aircraft
motion and flight.
The universal force of gravity is one of the resistive forces acting on any aircraft. Gravity always
points straight downward, making it a resistive force to an

Critical Thrust Force Analysis Of Machining Of Gfrp With...
Critical thrust force Analysis in Machining of GFRP with Coconut fillers using Jodrill
Abstract: Ever increasing pressure on industry to reduce costs and ecological need of the hour forms
the basis of the present research endeavor. Coconut coir is abundantly available in India as a bio–
waste. Naturally available coconut fibers in their original form have been used as fillers in glass
fiber reinforced epoxy composites. Thrust force being an important parameter in drilling induced
damage has been analyzed during drilling of the fabricated composites at four different spindle
speeds and three feed rates. Thrust force generally reduced with increase in spindle speed but
increased rapidly with feed. Stepped increase in thrust force was observed while analyzing thrust
force signals due to geometry of Jodrill.
Keywords: Glass fiber reinforced epoxy laminates, Coconut fillers, Thrust Force
1. Introduction: It has been well established that drilling of FRP's lead to drilling induced damage
thus reducing component's life and reliability. Thrust force induced in drilling of FRPs is one of the
major reasons for drilling induced damage [1]. Several studies have been made worldwide to
critically review the delamination induced in drilling of FRPs. These research efforts clearly indicate
direct relationship of damage induced with thrust force induced during drilling of FRPs [2–6].
Various mechanistic, mathematical and analytical models have been developed based on different

Hamlet Reflection Essay
To become familiar with this play, I would first, before anything else, look up it's history . I would
research William Shakespeare (the author of Hamlet), and I would then read the general information
and expand from there. I would consider general information things like, the time period it is set in,
where the story takes place, etc. To expand on those things, I would do research on that time period
and setting and get to know the culture and traditions they had. After, I would read the play and
analyze the purpose and intended audience because I greatly feel that those tow things impact the
contest immensely. To get a starting idea on props, set design, costumes, etc. I would hold out more
research with a concentration on the things listed before to make sure everything is historically
accurate. (Because we all know there will be some history major in the audience shaking their head
when they see something just a little bit off.) After I feel that I have a strong grasp on the play and
it's history, I would pick out a few more things. For example, the time that Shakespeare writes the
play in. I also would try to identify the pathos and ethos characteristics in the play. Once all of that
was done and I felt like an expert on the show and on Shakespeare and I had a few rough draft ideas
on technical and production side of things, I would YouTube other performances of it to see other
people's creative views on it to brainstorm some ideas. Then I'd finally crack down and

Evolution Of Airplane Research Paper
Aviation is something that has changed our lives in every way and it will still continue that way. It
all started with a balloon in the 1800's. Then came the gliders but they were mainly just wings that
you glide on. That's when the Wright brothers thought of an idea that changed history. "North
Carolina the Wright brothers flew their first full size glider"(Berliner 77). They attached a body and
inserted an engine inside with a propeller and it flew! The propeller was there to thrust and the
engine made the propellers work and that's how it started. "The second airplane, the 1904 Flyer,
flew more that 100 times"(Berliner 86). The Wright brothers became actually very successful. "A

The weight has to be distributed through the whole plane. If it's only in the middle, it's gonna fall
and crash. If it's only in the front, then it's gonna lean forward and keep going down. It's eventually
gonna crash. If you put it in the back, it's gonna be leaning backwards and not move. That's also
gonna drop and crash. That's why it's got to be even. "Airplane's are built so that their weight is
spread from front to back. This keeps the airplane balanced"(NASA). The critical speed for lift is
also changed based on how much weight a particular flight packs. Most people think that airplane's
are flying just by jets but it's actually flying by 4 forces. You need lift to get off ground. You need
drag for air resistance. You need thrust for moving. You need weight to make you go faster. Each
force helps the other and that's what keeps an airplane in the

Assynt Geography
Assynt is a region in the south–west of Sutherland, a county in the Highlands of Scotland. It is
characterised by water logged grasslands on much of the landscape, as well as large rocky
mountains dominating the sky. To the east of the northern road, there is a zone of imbricates created
by the sole thrust, indicating beginning of the Moine thrust complex. This sole thrust is also visible
around the Skiag bridge area and also by Ardveck castle. The area has been of particular interest for
geologists since the early 20th century, due to the wide range of rocks and processes that are present.
For example, the ages of the rocks in the area vary from Lewisian Gneiss of Archean age, all the
way up to the relatively recent Ordovician Durness limestone group, covering a vast portion of our
planets history. The more recent formations are not found within the mapping area, and are more
prominent in the east, and the Durness limestones have a much larger area of outcrops in the north,

landscape that we see today, creating glacial till deposits and U–shaped valleys that can be seen

The Renaissance And Elizabethan Era
The Renaissance and Elizabethan era were vital times in the rebirth of the lost art form of Greek and
Roman times: Acting/Playwriting. During the Elizabethan era, playhouses formed to fill the void.
There was four main theaters during that time, but one shined brighter than the rest. That one was
known as the Globe theater. As many others were built, the Globe Theater was built on the south
bank of the River Thames. It was erected around 1599 and was created for Lord Chamberlin's men,
who bought and owned the theater until they moved it across the river. With the creation of this

plays, in which most are world renowned. Most plays were written and performed at the Globe
Theater;, "Shakespeare was one of the most popular playwrights of this time and often if you were

All mapping sites near Dillon, Montana have at least two structural elements, including folds and

Analysis Of Delta Airlines Flight 1086 Landed On Runway Essay
On March 5, 2015, Delta Airlines flight 1086 landed on runway 13 at La Guardia Airport (KLGA);
shortly afterwards skidding off the runway and coming to rest on a coastal embankment. While
investigating the accident it was found that there were many contributing factors that led to the
runway excursion by the aircraft, all of which could have been prevented with better crew resource
management.
A factor that led to the MD–88 to veer of the side of the runway was the poor decision making
process that was used to land at La Guardia. At the time of arrival the weather was low visibility,
accumulating snow and ice fog. While enroute the flight crew continually monitored the weather at
LGA to assess the landing performance. The flight crew referred to Delta's contaminated runway
crosswind limitations and recognized that the crosswind would be at Delta's 10–knot limit if the
runway braking action was reported to be medium/poor. The controller asked them if they could
accept the ILS runway 13 approach? The first officer replied asking for braking action in which the
controller had no reports on it at the time due to snow removal and no aircraft were landing. By
1037, the flight crew received a message on the ACARS from dispatch about runway 13/31 closure.
Turns out the runway was closed for snow removal operations at KLGA. At this point in time, the

Abstract
At the end process of combustion; coal is the primary source of energy it is converted into ash as a
waste material which is known as clinker . This clinker is removed by a rotating equipment name as
ash bowl which base is kept upon the Guide roller and rotate clockwise by the application of
hydraulic pressure .guide roller performed very poor therefore this process is many problems likes
as formation of large size of clinker which require excess hydraulic pressure , guide roller is unable
to scatter the hydraulic pressure equally in all the direction on ash bowl to crush the clinker ,more
hydraulic pressure is required for the movement of ash bowl , more time is require to replaced of
guide roller for its maintenance .In order to eliminate above mention problems ,guide roller has been
replaced by thrust ball bearing which improved productivity by reducing break down and
maintenance cost .

New Strategic Thrusts
MINI CASE: IT Planning at ModMeters
Brian Smith, CIO of ModMeters, groaned inwardly as he listened to CEO John Johnson wrapping
up his remarks. "So our executive team thinks there are real business opportunities for us in
developing these two new strategic thrusts. But before I go to the board for final approval next
month, I need to know that our IT, marketing, and sales plans will support us all the way," Johnson
concluded.
Brian mentally calculated the impact these new initiatives would have on his organization. He had
heard rumors from his boss, the COO, that something big was coming down. He had even been
asked his opinion about whether these strategies were technically doable, theoretically. But both at

After listening carefully to each speaker in turn, Brian stood up. "As many of you know, we have
always been cautious about how we spend our IT budget. We have been given a budget that is equal
to 2 percent of revenues, which seriously limits what we in IT have been able to do for the company.
Every year we spend a lot of time paring our project list down to bare bones, and every year we
make do with a patchwork of infrastructure investments. We are now at the point where 80 percent
of our budget in IT is fixed. Here's how we spend our money." Brian clicked on a PowerPoint
presentation showing a multicolored pie chart.
"This large chunk in blue is just about half our budget," he stated. "This is simply the cost of
keeping the lights on–running our systems and replacing a bare minimum of equipment. The red
chunk is about 30 percent of the pie. This is the stuff we have to do–fixing errors, dealing with
changes mandated by government and our own industry, and providing essential services like the
help desk. How we divide up the remainder of the pie is what this meeting is all about."
Brian clicked to a second slide showing a second pie chart. "As you know, we have typically divided

The Thrust Of The Engine Pushed The Airplane Forward
The thrust of the engine pushed the airplane forward. Small butterflies emerged in my stomach.
Since my first time flying, I had always felt a high level of anxiety upon boarding. This particular
flight was no different. However, my anxieties heightened by the news that Malaysian Airline fight
370 disappeared two days before. I tried my best to distract my anxieties with any irrelevant detail in
my surroundings. I laid my head against the laminar tempered glass of the airline window. The faint
chatter of the passengers surrounding me sounded distant. The pressurization system blew small
whistles of cold air. I peaked in between the narrow crack of the seat opening in front of me. The
passenger was a female. She couldn't have been any older than me. The narrow lining only allowed
me to see a side profile of her face. Her hair flowed down to her shoulders. Unlike me, her curls
looked magnificent. It looked as if she spent hours making sure each curl had the perfect
dimensions. Her hair was dark blonde with light wheat blonde highlights. I could see the swipe of
her mascara pasting onto her eyeglasses every time she blinked. It was as if a woodwork carved
every curve in her face. I quickly drew my attention to a pimple she had attempted to conceal on the
lower portion of her chin. This insignificant imperfection reminded me she was human. I then felt a
substantial relief. If I was meant to die today, I wouldn't die alone.
I had already been in Las Vegas for three days. I woke

Dynamic Essay
How It Works The Magnetoplasmadynamic (MPD) thruster (MPDT) is a form of electrical
propulsion that utilizes electromagnetic fields to accelerate a propellant to very high speeds, relying
on the Lorentz force. Among the various methods of electromagnetic propulsion, this one produces
exceptional thrust, though that arguably means less than it sounds... Why Use It? It is a very
efficient engine, with a specific impulse of 11213 secs using hydrogen as a propellant–almost 3x
more efficient than the Ion thruster provided by the stock game. In both KSP–Interstellar and real–

Their low thrust makes the rocket completely ineffective for intra–planetary system movements, and
possibly even for moving between Kerbin and Duna at opposition, even. However, they would be
very helpful for reaching Dres, Jool and beyond, as there would be ample time to speed up and slow
down. If there is one thing they will never, ever, ever be used for, it'll be warships; in no purpose–
built way could a vessel that literally accelerates at hundredths of a G could evade oncoming
vessels. When it comes to size, the engine would be better used on relatively small vessels,
especially considering the stresses involved in huge MPDTs. In Testing Although fuels like Lithium
generate more thrust with the MPDT, it would be more ideal to use Hydrogen since the thrust is
already quite low, and the ship gets better efficiency at the cost of a huge tank, but for civilian
purposes there shouldn't be too much of a problem with that. The test vehicle is carrying 421 metric
tons of water. TUG VESSEL LEAVING KERBIN Therefore, the craft I tested the MPDT with is
powered by liquid hydrogen. However, I realized that the MPDT's thrust was simply too low to
leave Kerbin orbit in one burn, so I decided that a space tug would be ideal. Considering the tech
"era", the two engines are best used for this space tug are the NTR or the closed cycled gas core
engines. For this example I used the Closed Cycle Gas Core, which is more

Essay on Airplanes and Aerodynamics
Aerodynamics is generally summarized in these 2 terms: "Lift against Weight" and "Thrust against
Drag". This basically means the amount of flight power generated must be equal to, or greater than
the amount of weight of the airplane, and the amount of pushing generated, must be equal to or
greater than the airs resistance. But the overall question, so far, is how is "Lift" and "Thrust"
generated? The answer to how "Thrust" is generated is quite simple. Its sort of how a car would
move, except in a much different way. Airplanes have 4 engines, which can each exert easily up to
200 PSI of air (pressure per square inch), composed of liquid fuel cylinders, and internal combustion
(like a car). It also tops to 250 km per hour on the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Pressure is the amount of molecules getting squeezed and impacted by energy. So more pressure
will squeeze and compress more of these air molecules, obviously making them all slow (the
amount of compression the molecules experience is the energy – the amount of molecules that
experienced this compression is the pressure!!!) So less pressure is proven to increase the speed
(fans, in this case actually DECREASE the pressure on the air by cutting it with their blades). Also
consider that Bernoulli's principle is fonder with fluids but it also supports aerodynamics. When air
flows over the top of the wing, the curve stretches out the molecules – and breaks the atmospheric
pressure, which was compressing those molecules together. That is how air over the wing is faster.
So take into perspective that the compressed air molecules in the bottom make up a sturdy road, and
the stretched out – and spaced out air molecules on top simply, make up a freely flowing flow of air.
And according to the power of thrust it is moving along this road with no powerful force impacting
above – that's your airplane flying straight forward for sure, but how does the airplane climb? There
are 2 different basic control moves for a plane. The first is pitch, and the second is roll or yawn.
When the nose points upwards the plane climbs, and when it points downwards the plane descends.
That's the pitch. So when our plane tilts its nose upwards the sturdy road of pressurized air
molecules tilts

Ramjet Engine Advantages And Disadvantages
These turbines are connected to the compressor and also the fan. So basically when turbines rotate,
the compressor and the fan also rotate. What happens is that the airflow coming from the
combustion chamber makes the turbines rotate and as the turbines rotate, they also make the fan and
the compressor spin. Finally the gases exit through the nozzle. So a turbofan gets some of its thrust
from the core of the engine while some of its thrust from the fan. The ratio of the air that goes
around the engine to the air that goes from inside the core is called the bypass ratio.
Advantage
Some of the advantages of a turbofan engine over other air breathing engines are:
Quieter due to lower exhaust speed and greater mass flow.

Advantages
Some of the advantages of a ramjet engine over other engines are:
It has no moving parts.
Uses common jet fuel.
Efficient up to Mach number 6.
Efficient up to minimum speed of 600 mph.
High thrust to weight ratio.
Light in weight.
Examples
Examples of aircrafts that use ramjet engines are SR–72 and X–15.
Scramjet Engine
Scramjet stands for Supersonic Combustion Ramjet.
It works pretty much like the ramjet engine. It takes in air through air inlet but instead of slowing it
down to subsonic speed, it compresses the air to a supersonic speed. After compression, the air is
combusted but instead of using normal jet fuel like other engine, the scramjet engine uses hydrogen
for combustion. After combustion, the air is let out through the exhaust. The increase in air's
temperature and pressure, causes acceleration in the aircraft and thrusts it forward.
The scramjet engine starts working once it reaches the speed Mach 5. The scramjet engine works at
very high speeds and it can achieve extremely high speeds.
Disadvantages or Scramjet Engine
Some of the disadvantages of scramjet engine are:
Scramjet engines are still in

Thesis On Rocket Nozzle
Chapter 1: Introduction 1.1) Thesis Structure This dissertation aims to provide an optimized shape
for rocket nozzle to minimize the variations in flow parameters like temperature, pressure, density
and Mach number. The total thrust produced by the rocket nozzle depends upon these parameters
and in order to obtain maximum thrust, it is necessary to make sure that the gas, expanding through
the nozzle, exits with maximum uniformity–with minimum abrupt variations in temperature,
pressure, density and Mach number. The first part of this dissertation presents a method to design a
two–dimensional contour of a rocket nozzle known as method of characteristics. Method of
characteristics is mainly a technique for solving partial differential equations. Typically, it is used to
solve first order partial differential equations, but in this thesis it is used to solve the velocity
potential equation which is a partial differential equation of hyperbolic nature. ... Show more content

Some of the previous research in this field will be reviewed. Y. Perrot et al [1] showed in their
numerical investigation of turbulent boundary layer separation in over–expanded supersonic nozzle
that very different shock structures and flow separation may appear depending on the contour of the
nozzle. Such flow separation creates abrupt variations in pressure along the length of the nozzle.
Furthermore, Onofri et al [2] showed that the shape of the nozzle has significant effect of the shock
structure specifically in case of separated flows. William et al [3], in their investigation of the cap–
shock pattern in a rocket nozzle, pointed out that significant reduction in thrust performance of
launch vehicle results due to imperfect exhaust profile. They also mentioned in their investigation,
that the contour of the nozzle directly influences the shock structure and subsequent plume

Analysis Of The Book ' Scoops '
This odd creature approaches, scoops Becky up with one–hand, and holds her up so he can look at
her better. His hand wraps easily around her. He brings her closer to his face and sticks his tongue
out to lap up her juices. It is so large it covers her entire pussy. Her clit throbs with need and she
clinches in spasms of need.
Dawng brings her back to investigate her more. He pushes at her entrance with a finger. Becky
moans with anticipation. The finger enters her and he twists it around inside of her. He shoves
roughly deep into her. He callously shoves a second finger into her. She screams in pain, but still she
bucks up against his hand trying to get more. Strongly orgasming, she soon coats his fingers with
her juices.
Dawng pulls his fingers out of her quickly and forces one into her anus. He works on her, thrusting
with his finger vigorously. The pain is intense but she cannot help her body's responses. She arches
up to give better access to her anus. Holding her tight, he picks up speed. He rapidly shoves his
finger repeatedly into her. She feels her asshole stretching; it has to be tearing, when he forces a
second finger alongside the first one. It is too much for her, the intense pain only succeeds in
arousing her more. Her screams of pain go unheeded as Dawng fiercely shoves and twists his
fingers in her ass. The monster flips Becky over on her stomach. The fingers seem to work even

Although I was looking for scenes that I could use in this notebook, I managed to touch on possible
themes that I thought showed up throughout the play. I also noted not just the characteristics of each
character, but what characteristics the cast member would have to have to play the part successfully
(in my opinion). As I finished the acts, I made a short summary on the most important content I had

that the actors harnessed their energy in Curious Incident was of great interest to me. While reading

thought about the times in Curious Incident where the energy was at its highest, and where the

Essay On Plane Design Will Fly The Longest Distance
On August 31, 2017, an experiment was conducted to test the correlation between three different
airplane designs and the distance that each of these designs will fly in meters. We conducted an
experiment with an Independent variable of different plane designs and dependent variable of the
distance each plane flew. After proceeding through this experiment, the design called the "Hammer,"
had the longest average distance flown in meters and led to the conclusion that it was the best design
out of the three. This experiments takes many of us back to our childhoods as we take the time to
explore the efficiency of these contraptions that we made in our boring and insipid classes to pass

This can be applied to these planes because of the folds, tears, and crumples of the paper airplane's
wings after it's creation. The difference in weight can also be relevant. Because, in this experiment,
we use the same type of paper, of course, the weight would be the same, but it's distribution across
the entire plane. For example, simpler designs usually have an almost even amount of weight across
the entire plane, but more complex and complicated designs have a tendency to have many folds
that bundle the paper around the tip. This is because all the extra weight that is in that one spot helps
in the plane's overall ability to cut through the wind, being more wind resistant ("Choosing the Best
Paper for the Paper Airplane," n.d.). These concepts that have been concluded in previous

simple like "The BullDog" or something that is said to be more complicated, such as "The Hammer"

airplanes in the real world. Since, according with more than one of the sources listed below, many of
the concepts that apply to paper airplanes, we can take or analysis and conclusion of the data we

Understanding Variable Shortening And The Himalayan Thrust...
Understanding variable shortening rates in the Himalayan thrust belt of Sikkim and western Bhutan
using various thermochronologic data.
An NSF proposal written by
Sameer Baral
Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences
University of Houston, Houston, TX, USA
Introduction Crustal shortening is the primary result of a continent–continent collision in the
orogenic thrust belts. Several techniques have been applied to understand the shortening rates in
active collisional belts like the Himalayas. These estimates have been derived by Global Positioning
System (GPS) for shorter timescales and balanced cross sections for longer time scales (Long et al.,
2012). The preliminary studies conducted in the eastern Himalayas using GPS states that modern
shortening rates are in the order of ~15–20 mm/yr to 20–12 mm/yr (Bilhan et al., 1997; Larson et
al., 1999; Banerjee and Burgmann, 2002; Zhang et al., 2004). Using balanced cross section
techniques DeCelles et al., (2002) and Long et al., (2011b) estimated that close to 400–670 km of
crustal shortening has been accommodated in eastern thrust belt during 23–25 Ma range, giving the
shortening rate of 16–29 mm/yr. Both of these techniques provides shortening rates that are quite
similar and shows the motion along basal dècollement have been constant through time (Herman et
al., 2010). While the shortening rates seems constant throughout the Himalayan thrust belt,
petrologic, geochronologic, and structure studies suggest

The Co2 Angle Will Change The Speed Of A Car
Conclusion The hypothesis about the CO2 angle will change the speed of the car was, rejected. The
hypothesis was that if a Pinewood derby car had CO2 inserted at a 20 degree angle, then the 20
degree angle would work best because the angle would keep enough thrust power and keep the car
on the track. However, the 20 degree angle was the second best because the 180 degree angle had
more thrust power to it then the 20 degree angle. The control group was the 180 degree angle and it's
average was 1.33 second. The 45 degree angle was the longest with an average of 2 seconds. The 20
degree angle or second experimental group had an average of 1.67 seconds. I got these results
because each angle that got farther from strait started to lose the amount of thrust that the 180 degree
angle had. So if I tried it with a 90 degree angle then the car wouldn't be moving at all. ... Show

So all of the CO2's thrust could be exerted and that could keep the car moving faster. What went
wrong were that one of the cars started doing 360s instead of moving forward. We could have fixed
that if we had a launch off base to keep the car and CO2 strait. My experiment can benefit the
community by us using CO2 as a powerful thrust to push objects from one place to the other. The air
could be cleaner if the CO2 was used as thrust power because it doesn't pollute the air. This
experiment could have been done better if the Pinewood derby car was made so it could go as fast as
it could downhill. Plus if we could make sure that each CO2 cartridge had the same amount of CO2
in each cartridge. And each car could have been placed straighter on each of

External Forces Used In Soda Schools
Soda companies began using plastic bottles in 1970. The Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) material
that is used in plastic soda bottles was introduced in 1973. Model rockets are pretty safe to fly and it
is not a very expensive experiment to do. It helps students learn the basics of forces and the
responses of external forces. Water rockets have been a source of education while also entertaining
students. There are four forces subjected while the rocket is in flight; weight, thrust, aerodynamic
forces, and lift and drag. Thrust is the force that moves the rocket through the air. It is generated by
the propulsion system of the rocket through Newton's third law of motion; For every action there is
an equal and opposite re–action. The reaction

The Five Programmatic Thrust of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority

  • 1. What Is The Five Programmatic Thrust I am interested in membership because the organization is bigger than myself. What I mean by this statement is that the work the founders put into making sure this organization was not just a social group is mind blowing. For example, The founders of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated were the only African American women to attend the women's suffrage march in 1913. I believe in the Programming thrust and principles. The five programmatic thrust shows me how involved the organization is involved in making the world a better place. For example, Physical and Mental is a very big thing to me as a psychology major. In the black community, we like to push away the fact that mental illness is alive and well within us. The principles are important ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 3. The Findings After Testing Quantized Inertia On The Emdrive The purpose of this article was to report the findings after testing quantized inertia on the EmDrive. The authors predicted that the thrust produced by the EmDrive can be explained assuming that the inertial mass of the photons is caused by unruh radiation. Multiple experiments took place in several independent labs, and produced results that were similar to the predicted values for thrust. The computations of the results did not sufficiently model wave oscillations in 3D, thus the authors recommend further testing in order to produce more accurate findings. The text is formatted as a journal article and has been peer reviewed. It was published on August 31, 2015, in Europhyiscs Letters, a journal founded in 1986 by the European Physical Society. The article references multiple sources that are also academically reliable. This source will be used to introduce one of the current theories attempting to explain how the EmDrive produces thrust. The article also addresses the lack of scientific explanation which will help to prove my own credibility in the report as I address a multitude of theories. Because the article was published recently I will likely introduce this source last. "Standard physics has no explanation for this and an error has not yet been found... There is no explanation for this behavior in standard physics because it violates the conservation of momentum, and Shawyer 's own attempt to explain it using special relativity is not convincing, as this ... • 5. Advantage And Advantages Of Airplanes I. INTRODUCTION Vertical Take–off and Landing (VTOL) and Short Take–off and Landing (STOL) flight has been one of the main interests of both the civilian and military aviation communities throughout the history of flight. The first patented VTOL design concept was by Nikola Tesla in 1928. In May 1951, Lockheed and Convair were awarded contracts in the attempt to design, construct, and test two experimental VTOL fighters. As a result, Lockheed produced the XFV, and Convair produced the Convair XFY Pogo, nicknamed the "Pogo". Both experimental programs proceeded to flight status and completed test flights 1954–1955. Similarly, the X–13 flew a series of test flights between 1955 and 1957. But due to much higher complexity, cost and low ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Another advantage, both to operators and to nearby residents, is the large reduction in ground noise level made possible by the utilization of the steep descent and climb–out capability of the VTOL aircraft. The VTOL airplane has great potential value in its military applications too. The most obvious advantage is its utilization in delivering ground troops and supplies, the requirement being only that a clearing of sufficient size exist in a reasonably level region. Tactical close air support VTOL airplanes can operate in close proximity to zones of action out of these same clearings, thus reducing the time required to deliver ordnance on a target, or the number of airplanes required airborne on station. Destruction of or damage to airfield runways loses significance if the aircraft utilizing the field have a VTOL capability. Consistent with weight and size limitations, each VTOL airplane is capable of shipboard operations, without the requirement for arresting hooks, catapult fittings, and the usually associated structural beef–up. By the same token, many ships, with the relatively simple addition of a landing area, are capable of operating VTOL airplanes without the requirement for heavy and complicated arresting ... • 7. Using A Spinning Centrifuge On Earth gradually heating the ship and leading to a host of mechanical issues that could have an effect the steering, spinning, or integrity of the ship itself. This theoretical example was actually tested to see the effects of simulating gravity for humans through use of a spinning centrifuge on Earth. The experiment's design was to determine whether or not the subjects would develop an symptoms of AMS or acute motion sickness. (Antonutto, 1992) The researchers discovered that none of the subjects developed any symptoms as a result of the substitution of centripetal force for gravitational force.(Antonutto, 1992) This gives a lot of hope for that method of combatting muscular atrophy, spinal disk elongation, and the other previously mentioned effects, but this seems very resource intensive to implement on all future designs, there is also very low practicality in this design. Every portion of the ship would need to be build orientated along the interior curve of the ship. This would be very disorientating for taking off and landing with proper orientation to the ground. There is another method of ensuring an astronaut's simulation of gravity to prevent the reversible side effects of weightlessness. Instead of making the entire vessel emulate gravity through centripetal force, there is available technology that can create a force to act on the individual. It is an exercise method and accompanying apparatus that claims to reduce muscular atrophy and loss of bone density more ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 9. What Angle Would Make A Pinewood Derby Car Go Faster? Data Analysis What angle would make a pinewood derby cars go faster? The hypothesis was that if a pinewood derby car had co2 inserted at a 20 degree angle then it would work best because the angle would keep enough thrust power and keep it on the track. The Independent variable was the angle a CO2 cartridge was inserted either 20, 45, or 180 degree angles. The dependent variable was the time it took to travel one meter. The Control variable was the weight and mass of each car this could have changed the time of each car because the CO2 cartridge would need to push more weight. The control group was the angle used in woodworking 180 degrees, and the experimental group was angles 20 and 45 degrees. The procedure where the largest change took ... The Crash Of A Chartered Bombardier Learjet Model On September 19, 2008 at 11:53 pm eastern standard daylight time, a chartered Bombardier Learjet Model 60, N999LJ, owned by Inter Travel and Services, Inc., and operated by Global Exec Aviation, overran runway 11 during a RTO at Columbia Metropolitan Airport, Columbia, South Carolina. The captain, first officer and two other passengers were killed. The cockpit voice recorder caught multiple loud rumbling sounds, which was later concluded in the NTSB report to be tires blowing out. The tires were sequential blowing out due to the insufficient maintenance of the tires by Global Exec Aviation. The recorders also documented confused conversations by the crew, regarding the unexpected noises. The pilot committed to a RTO after V1 and after a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Safety recommendations to perform were required from the crew and pilot to monitor tire pressures and checks, pilot's needed training on tire failure scenarios, change deficiencies in the Learjet's system with thrust reverse, and require that all Learjet pilots receive training, for takeoff as well as landing phases of flight (NTSB, 2010). History of Flight Incident On September 19, 2008 at 11:53 pm eastern standard daylight time, a chartered Bombardier Learjet Model 60, N999LJ, owned by Inter Travel and Services, Inc., and operated by Global Exec Aviation, overran runway 11 during a RTO at Columbia Metropolitan Airport, Columbia, South Carolina. The aircraft crashed and burned after the crew was unable to stop the aircraft before departing the runway. The captain, the first officer, and two passengers were killed; two other passengers were seriously injured. The chartered passenger flight was headed to Van Nuys, California. The flight was ready for departure just prior to midnight. After analysis of the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) transcript, it was revealed that the flight crew received clearance instructions from the CAE ground controller to taxi from the northeast fixed–base operator's (FBO) parking ramp to runway 11. After a short conversation with the first officer about which way to turn, the captain, who was the pilot flying, turned the aircraft left onto taxiway U. • 13. The Universal Forces Of Flight And Paper Airplanes Flight is a dynamic situation in physics. The forces that affect it are complex and often changing dependent on many factors including speed, shape of the aircraft, the amount of thrust the engines gives, and even the weather. Although, when applying the concepts of flight to a paper airplane, one can usually ignore some of these factors, it is still vital to understand them when constructing any successful aircraft. All the forces working to act on an object in flight come in pairs of resistive and assistive forces; gravity–lift and drag–thrust (the former resisting flight and the latter assisting (Spathopoulos). The four forces of flight all affect paper airplane flight, except for thrust, which is negligible because paper airplanes do not have engines or anything capable of providing a thrust force. A paper airplane is more formally known as a glider. A glider is a special kind of aircraft that has no engine (Hall, "Paper Airplanes"). There are many different types of glider aircrafts including hang– gliders and piloted gliders; even the Space Shuttle acts as a glider during reentry and landing because the rocket engines are used only during liftoff (Hall, "Paper Airplanes"). Paper airplanes happen to be the simplest aircraft to build and fly, making it easy to observe the basics of aircraft motion and flight. The universal force of gravity is one of the resistive forces acting on any aircraft. Gravity always points straight downward, making it a resistive force to an ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 15. Critical Thrust Force Analysis Of Machining Of Gfrp With... Critical thrust force Analysis in Machining of GFRP with Coconut fillers using Jodrill Abstract: Ever increasing pressure on industry to reduce costs and ecological need of the hour forms the basis of the present research endeavor. Coconut coir is abundantly available in India as a bio– waste. Naturally available coconut fibers in their original form have been used as fillers in glass fiber reinforced epoxy composites. Thrust force being an important parameter in drilling induced damage has been analyzed during drilling of the fabricated composites at four different spindle speeds and three feed rates. Thrust force generally reduced with increase in spindle speed but increased rapidly with feed. Stepped increase in thrust force was observed while analyzing thrust force signals due to geometry of Jodrill. Keywords: Glass fiber reinforced epoxy laminates, Coconut fillers, Thrust Force 1. Introduction: It has been well established that drilling of FRP's lead to drilling induced damage thus reducing component's life and reliability. Thrust force induced in drilling of FRPs is one of the major reasons for drilling induced damage [1]. Several studies have been made worldwide to critically review the delamination induced in drilling of FRPs. These research efforts clearly indicate direct relationship of damage induced with thrust force induced during drilling of FRPs [2–6]. Various mechanistic, mathematical and analytical models have been developed based on different reasoning, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 17. Hamlet Reflection Essay To become familiar with this play, I would first, before anything else, look up it's history . I would research William Shakespeare (the author of Hamlet), and I would then read the general information and expand from there. I would consider general information things like, the time period it is set in, where the story takes place, etc. To expand on those things, I would do research on that time period and setting and get to know the culture and traditions they had. After, I would read the play and analyze the purpose and intended audience because I greatly feel that those tow things impact the contest immensely. To get a starting idea on props, set design, costumes, etc. I would hold out more research with a concentration on the things listed before to make sure everything is historically accurate. (Because we all know there will be some history major in the audience shaking their head when they see something just a little bit off.) After I feel that I have a strong grasp on the play and it's history, I would pick out a few more things. For example, the time that Shakespeare writes the play in. I also would try to identify the pathos and ethos characteristics in the play. Once all of that was done and I felt like an expert on the show and on Shakespeare and I had a few rough draft ideas on technical and production side of things, I would YouTube other performances of it to see other people's creative views on it to brainstorm some ideas. Then I'd finally crack down and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 28. Evolution Of Airplane Research Paper Aviation is something that has changed our lives in every way and it will still continue that way. It all started with a balloon in the 1800's. Then came the gliders but they were mainly just wings that you glide on. That's when the Wright brothers thought of an idea that changed history. "North Carolina the Wright brothers flew their first full size glider"(Berliner 77). They attached a body and inserted an engine inside with a propeller and it flew! The propeller was there to thrust and the engine made the propellers work and that's how it started. "The second airplane, the 1904 Flyer, flew more that 100 times"(Berliner 86). "Airplane's are built so that their weight is spread from front to back. This keeps the airplane balanced"(NASA). The critical speed for lift is also changed based on how much weight a particular flight packs. Most people think that airplane's are flying just by jets but it's actually flying by 4 forces. It is characterised by water logged grasslands on much of the landscape, as well as large rocky mountains dominating the sky. To the east of the northern road, there is a zone of imbricates created by the sole thrust, indicating beginning of the Moine thrust complex. This sole thrust is also visible around the Skiag bridge area and also by Ardveck castle. The area has been of particular interest for geologists since the early 20th century, due to the wide range of rocks and processes that are present. For example, the ages of the rocks in the area vary from Lewisian Gneiss of Archean age, all the way up to the relatively recent Ordovician Durness limestone group, covering a vast portion of our planets history. During the Elizabethan era, playhouses formed to fill the void. There was four main theaters during that time, but one shined brighter than the rest. That one was known as the Globe theater. As many others were built, the Globe Theater was built on the south bank of the River Thames. It was erected around 1599 and was created for Lord Chamberlin's men, who bought and owned the theater until they moved it across the river. His plays were powerful in that they expanded the horizons of the English right on the cusp of colonization, "Shakespeare's mind roamed free: into the temples of lost civilisations and onto dusty ancient battlefields; up to the ramparts of Danish castles and Scottish hill forts; across swaths of the eastern Mediterranean and down through the Levant into Turkey and Egypt. Analysis Of Delta Airlines Flight 1086 Landed On Runway Essay On March 5, 2015, Delta Airlines flight 1086 landed on runway 13 at La Guardia Airport (KLGA); shortly afterwards skidding off the runway and coming to rest on a coastal embankment. While investigating the accident it was found that there were many contributing factors that led to the runway excursion by the aircraft, all of which could have been prevented with better crew resource management. A factor that led to the MD–88 to veer of the side of the runway was the poor decision making process that was used to land at La Guardia. At the time of arrival the weather was low visibility, accumulating snow and ice fog. While enroute the flight crew continually monitored the weather at LGA to assess the landing performance. The flight crew referred to Delta's contaminated runway crosswind limitations and recognized that the crosswind would be at Delta's 10–knot limit if the runway braking action was reported to be medium/poor. The controller asked them if they could accept the ILS runway 13 approach? The first officer replied asking for braking action in which the controller had no reports on it at the time due to snow removal and no aircraft were landing. By 1037, the flight crew received a message on the ACARS from dispatch about runway 13/31 closure. Turns out the runway was closed for snow removal operations at KLGA. I could see the swipe of her mascara pasting onto her eyeglasses every time she blinked. It was as if a woodwork carved every curve in her face. I quickly drew my attention to a pimple she had attempted to conceal on the lower portion of her chin. This insignificant imperfection reminded me she was human. I then felt a substantial relief. If there is one thing they will never, ever, ever be used for, it'll be warships; in no purpose– built way could a vessel that literally accelerates at hundredths of a G could evade oncoming vessels. When it comes to size, the engine would be better used on relatively small vessels, especially considering the stresses involved in huge MPDTs. • 55. Essay on Airplanes and Aerodynamics Aerodynamics is generally summarized in these 2 terms: "Lift against Weight" and "Thrust against Drag". This basically means the amount of flight power generated must be equal to, or greater than the amount of weight of the airplane, and the amount of pushing generated, must be equal to or greater than the airs resistance. But the overall question, so far, is how is "Lift" and "Thrust" generated? The answer to how "Thrust" is generated is quite simple. Its sort of how a car would move, except in a much different way. Airplanes have 4 engines, which can each exert easily up to 200 PSI of air (pressure per square inch), composed of liquid fuel cylinders, and internal combustion (like a car). It also tops to 250 km per hour on the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Pressure is the amount of molecules getting squeezed and impacted by energy. So more pressure will squeeze and compress more of these air molecules, obviously making them all slow (the amount of compression the molecules experience is the energy – the amount of molecules that experienced this compression is the pressure!!!) So less pressure is proven to increase the speed (fans, in this case actually DECREASE the pressure on the air by cutting it with their blades). Also consider that Bernoulli's principle is fonder with fluids but it also supports aerodynamics. When air flows over the top of the wing, the curve stretches out the molecules – and breaks the atmospheric pressure, which was compressing those molecules together. That is how air over the wing is faster. So take into perspective that the compressed air molecules in the bottom make up a sturdy road, and the stretched out – and spaced out air molecules on top simply, make up a freely flowing flow of air. And according to the power of thrust it is moving along this road with no powerful force impacting above – that's your airplane flying straight forward for sure, but how does the airplane climb? There are 2 different basic control moves for a plane. The first is pitch, and the second is roll or yawn. When the nose points upwards the plane climbs, and when it points downwards the plane descends. That's the pitch. So when our plane tilts its nose upwards the sturdy road of pressurized air molecules tilts ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

What happens is that the airflow coming from the combustion chamber makes the turbines rotate and as the turbines rotate, they also make the fan and the compressor spin. Finally the gases exit through the nozzle. So a turbofan gets some of its thrust from the core of the engine while some of its thrust from the fan. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Advantages Some of the advantages of a ramjet engine over other engines are: It has no moving parts. Uses common jet fuel. Efficient up to Mach number 6. Efficient up to minimum speed of 600 mph. High thrust to weight ratio. Light in weight. Examples Examples of aircrafts that use ramjet engines are SR–72 and X–15. Scramjet Engine Scramjet stands for Supersonic Combustion Ramjet. It works pretty much like the ramjet engine. It takes in air through air inlet but instead of slowing it down to subsonic speed, it compresses the air to a supersonic speed. After compression, the air is combusted but instead of using normal jet fuel like other engine, the scramjet engine uses hydrogen for combustion. After combustion, the air is let out through the exhaust. The increase in air's temperature and pressure, causes acceleration in the aircraft and thrusts it forward. The scramjet engine starts working once it reaches the speed Mach 5. The scramjet engine works at very high speeds and it can achieve extremely high speeds. Disadvantages or Scramjet Engine

  • 62. Thesis On Rocket Nozzle Chapter 1: Introduction 1.1) Thesis Structure This dissertation aims to provide an optimized shape for rocket nozzle to minimize the variations in flow parameters like temperature, pressure, density and Mach number. The total thrust produced by the rocket nozzle depends upon these parameters and in order to obtain maximum thrust, it is necessary to make sure that the gas, expanding through the nozzle, exits with maximum uniformity–with minimum abrupt variations in temperature, pressure, density and Mach number. The first part of this dissertation presents a method to design a two–dimensional contour of a rocket nozzle known as method of characteristics. Method of characteristics is mainly a technique for solving partial differential equations. Typically, it is used to solve first order partial differential equations, but in this thesis it is used to solve the velocity potential equation which is a partial differential equation of hyperbolic nature. ... Perrot et al [1] showed in their numerical investigation of turbulent boundary layer separation in over–expanded supersonic nozzle that very different shock structures and flow separation may appear depending on the contour of the nozzle. Such flow separation creates abrupt variations in pressure along the length of the nozzle. Furthermore, Onofri et al [2] showed that the shape of the nozzle has significant effect of the shock structure specifically in case of separated flows. William et al [3], in their investigation of the cap– shock pattern in a rocket nozzle, pointed out that significant reduction in thrust performance of launch vehicle results due to imperfect exhaust profile. They also mentioned in their investigation, that the contour of the nozzle directly influences the shock structure and subsequent plume ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 66. Analysis Of The Book ' Scoops ' This odd creature approaches, scoops Becky up with one–hand, and holds her up so he can look at her better. His hand wraps easily around her. He brings her closer to his face and sticks his tongue out to lap up her juices. It is so large it covers her entire pussy. Her clit throbs with need and she clinches in spasms of need. Dawng brings her back to investigate her more. He pushes at her entrance with a finger. Becky moans with anticipation. The finger enters her and he twists it around inside of her. He shoves roughly deep into her. He callously shoves a second finger into her. She screams in pain, but still she bucks up against his hand trying to get more. Strongly orgasming, she soon coats his fingers with her juices. Dawng pulls his fingers out of her quickly and forces one into her anus. He works on her, thrusting with his finger vigorously. The pain is intense but she cannot help her body's responses. She arches up to give better access to her anus. Holding her tight, he picks up speed. He rapidly shoves his finger repeatedly into her. She feels her asshole stretching; it has to be tearing, when he forces a second finger alongside the first one. It is too much for her, the intense pain only succeeds in arousing her more. Her screams of pain go unheeded as Dawng fiercely shoves and twists his fingers in her ass. The monster flips Becky over on her stomach. The fingers seem to work even more powerfully. Although I was looking for scenes that I could use in this notebook, I managed to touch on possible themes that I thought showed up throughout the play. I also noted not just the characteristics of each character, but what characteristics the cast member would have to have to play the part successfully (in my opinion). As I finished the acts, I made a short summary on the most important content I had touched on. This included themes I had noticed, characters involved, and points on interest in the play. After I had recorded this and finished reading the play, I went through and recorded the following; My Immediate Response– I noticed that the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Although my scene needed more of a stagnant set, with definitive types of furniture, the interactions between the actors and the set were something that I was definitely interested in looking into. The cast of Curious Incident also had an insane amount of energy, which was necessary for that type of show. Accidental Death of an Anarchist is similar in energy level (if done correctly), so the ways that the actors harnessed their energy in Curious Incident was of great interest to me. While reading this script and thinking about how to get my actors to achieve the energy necessary for this show, I thought about the times in Curious Incident where the energy was at its highest, and where the energy was at its lowest. A very memorable scene in Curious Incident that surprisingly had an extreme amount of energy was the scene when Christopher Boone (protagonist) and his father, Ed, have a completely silent moment for at least five minutes. It was an extremely powerful scene because the connection the actors had, and how they controlled their entire body to convey a message without using ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Essay On Plane Design Will Fly The Longest Distance On August 31, 2017, an experiment was conducted to test the correlation between three different airplane designs and the distance that each of these designs will fly in meters. We conducted an experiment with an Independent variable of different plane designs and dependent variable of the distance each plane flew. After proceeding through this experiment, the design called the "Hammer," had the longest average distance flown in meters and led to the conclusion that it was the best design out of the three. This experiments takes many of us back to our childhoods as we take the time to explore the efficiency of these contraptions that we made in our boring and insipid classes to pass the time. These contraptions, which were created spur ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This can be applied to these planes because of the folds, tears, and crumples of the paper airplane's wings after it's creation. The difference in weight can also be relevant. Because, in this experiment, we use the same type of paper, of course, the weight would be the same, but it's distribution across the entire plane. For example, simpler designs usually have an almost even amount of weight across the entire plane, but more complex and complicated designs have a tendency to have many folds that bundle the paper around the tip. This is because all the extra weight that is in that one spot helps in the plane's overall ability to cut through the wind, being more wind resistant ("Choosing the Best Paper for the Paper Airplane," n.d.). These concepts that have been concluded in previous experiments to have direct correlation to the airplane's flight path even if it is described as being simple like "The BullDog" or something that is said to be more complicated, such as "The Hammer" (Anderberg, 2014). The conclusion of this experiment, in the end, can be used for the betterment of airplanes in the real world. Since, according with more than one of the sources listed below, many of the concepts that apply to paper airplanes, we can take or analysis and conclusion of the data we retrieve and put it on a larger scale to possibly save fuel, ... • 74. Understanding Variable Shortening And The Himalayan Thrust... Understanding variable shortening rates in the Himalayan thrust belt of Sikkim and western Bhutan using various thermochronologic data. An NSF proposal written by Sameer Baral Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences University of Houston, Houston, TX, USA Introduction Crustal shortening is the primary result of a continent–continent collision in the orogenic thrust belts. Several techniques have been applied to understand the shortening rates in active collisional belts like the Himalayas. These estimates have been derived by Global Positioning System (GPS) for shorter timescales and balanced cross sections for longer time scales (Long et al., 2012). The preliminary studies conducted in the eastern Himalayas using GPS states that modern shortening rates are in the order of ~15–20 mm/yr to 20–12 mm/yr (Bilhan et al., 1997; Larson et al., 1999; Banerjee and Burgmann, 2002; Zhang et al., 2004). Using balanced cross section techniques DeCelles et al., (2002) and Long et al., (2011b) estimated that close to 400–670 km of crustal shortening has been accommodated in eastern thrust belt during 23–25 Ma range, giving the shortening rate of 16–29 mm/yr. Both of these techniques provides shortening rates that are quite similar and shows the motion along basal dècollement have been constant through time (Herman et al., 2010). While the shortening rates seems constant throughout the Himalayan thrust belt, petrologic, geochronologic, and structure studies suggest ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

We hold each other and kiss and you slowly fuck me into bliss... * * * * * * * As we slowly approached our destination as the sky was getting dark, I can see the clouds coming together and it looked like a chance for rain. It was a warm summer night the kind with a slight breeze and just perfect for being outside. I was wearing my little shorts and my top that seems to never cover anything and you were dressed in your jeans, black baseball hat and one of those shirts with the color that could land an airplane with broad shoulders to match. I couldn't stop looking your way and smiling. You're also smiling back at me, oh how I love that smile. We both knew why we came here and we both knew that it was going to be great. Both of us were still sitting in the truck I scooted over into the middle of the bench and put my head on your shoulder it was nice. I laid my hand on your leg and then I decided to kneel up on my knees, with my elbow on the back and look straight into your eyes. Eyes which surprisingly were trying not to look away from my gaze. You smiled as you were talking because you were nervous, I leaned over to the side of your face and I rubbed my nose on your ear and slowly kiss down your neck taking my hand and putting it on the side of your face and pull your face towards mine and kiss your sweet lips ever so gently. • 78. The Co2 Angle Will Change The Speed Of A Car Conclusion The hypothesis about the CO2 angle will change the speed of the car was, rejected. The hypothesis was that if a Pinewood derby car had CO2 inserted at a 20 degree angle, then the 20 degree angle would work best because the angle would keep enough thrust power and keep the car on the track. However, the 20 degree angle was the second best because the 180 degree angle had more thrust power to it then the 20 degree angle. The control group was the 180 degree angle and it's average was 1.33 second. The 45 degree angle was the longest with an average of 2 seconds. The 20 degree angle or second experimental group had an average of 1.67 seconds. I got these results because each angle that got farther from strait started to lose the amount of thrust that the 180 degree angle had. So if I tried it with a 90 degree angle then the car wouldn't be moving at all. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... So all of the CO2's thrust could be exerted and that could keep the car moving faster. What went wrong were that one of the cars started doing 360s instead of moving forward. We could have fixed that if we had a launch off base to keep the car and CO2 strait. My experiment can benefit the community by us using CO2 as a powerful thrust to push objects from one place to the other. The air could be cleaner if the CO2 was used as thrust power because it doesn't pollute the air. The Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) material that is used in plastic soda bottles was introduced in 1973. Model rockets are pretty safe to fly and it is not a very expensive experiment to do. It helps students learn the basics of forces and the responses of external forces. Water rockets have been a source of education while also entertaining students. There are four forces subjected while the rocket is in flight; weight, thrust, aerodynamic forces, and lift and drag. Thrust is the force that moves the rocket through the air. It is generated by the propulsion system of the rocket through Newton's third law of motion; For every action there is an equal and opposite re–action. The reaction ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
