Job Description
• Evaluate, test, and deploy software and hardware upgrades to Windows server infrastructure.
• Implement, manage, administer and decom (Window Active directory 2003, Window Exchange Server 2003
Enterprise, Window Terminal Server, Window file and Print server, WSUS Server, Window Server 2003 /2008 with
Symantec Backup 2010, Window Server 2003 /2008 with RAID Configuration, Barracuda SPAM firewall – for
Microsoft Exchange Server and also Smart Filter for safe and restricted Internet browsing.
• Act as the primary point of contact in high-severity incidents as we need to participate in a rotating weekly on-call to provide
technical support to production systems
• Experience in IDLC (Infra Development Life Cycle) covering area of project initiation, planning, analysis, design, construction,
testing, deployment, close-out, and on-going operations 24x7
• All Service Calls, Incidents, and Change Request are measured individually as monthly KPI for evaluation purpose.
• Perform regular on demand back –up, restoration, and give suggestion to management on back-up job schedule, Backup job
policy and DR plan

• Manage and administer Barracuda spam Firewall – Create rules (for allowed email, Quarantine and Blocked email),
scoring limit, barracuda Config backup (for Restoration purpose) and also ensure the device firmware and virus
definition is up-to-date.
• Responsible for implementing improvements by changing approaches & working practices
• Create Case ID and communicate in an effective manner with Barracuda Central for RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) the faulty / old barracuda device.
• To provide quality Service Delivery and Service Support based on the ITIL standards as defined by agreed client
SLA’s and objectives.
