After taking tests, the author learned they have visual and kinesthetic learning styles and are strong in reading. They are also a helpful person who demonstrates most of the skills in the employability profile, such as communicating, working with others, and problem solving, although organization could be improved. The author's past jobs came through family connections, but as they get older, workplace safety and rights are important to understand.

1. After taking the tests i have learned these things about myself: i have a visual learning style; you learn
by seeing and looking, and a kinaesthetic learning style; you learn by touching and doing. I also learned
that I am strong in reading and i am a helpful person. i think that i demonstrate most of the skills in the
employability skills profile. The ability to communicate, manage information, work with numbers and
solve problems, positive, organized, willing to learn, dependable, and willing to learn and grow, ability
to work with others on group projects. I think that i demonstrate most of those although i might have to
work on organization. All jobs that i have had in the past were from family, but as i am getting older i
think the workplace safety and rights are a good thing to know.
