and enjoy doing so, my mortal is ‘YOU ONLY GET OUT WHAT YOU
PUT IN’... I enjoy challenge over come difficulties; I go head on and
cope till find my way through it, I always think ‘I CAN DO THIS’.

bring best out in others and happy spend time helping others by
providing support or advice where I can. Am always thinking ahead
and identify problems before they happen, I notice the little things
that might be out of place or going wrong, then take action to make
sure this can’t happen. I am excellent judge of people’s emotions
and feelings, got keen eye and intuitive ear and it help me pick up
on the subtle clues and understand them quickly, I sense how
others are feeling, when I see someone having difficulty
understanding something, I like to step in and see what I can do to
help.

up with my decision. I use m own initiative come up with new ideas
and find different and better ways of doing things, I see the bigger
picture and willing to take calculated risks to achieve results,
putting myself in other shoes’ come easily to me and understanding
what success means to them and their overall goals.
Following on from the number of years’ experience
working with people with Mental Health issues and taking
on Introduction to Counselling and Counselling Skills, I am
currently undertaking an HNC in Counselling. My reason
for this is I want to continue to develop the skills I have so
that I can, ultimately take up career empowering and
supporting those who are less advantage. My next step on
this road would be to study for degree in CBT and Social
Work. Through my life experience for example when I was
in Armed Forces and working with G4s Team leader in
Security in which I am doing on part-time, I have learned
to relate and communicate with people of all ages and
backgrounds in a non-judgemental manner and I have
gained ability to quickly observe and assess the needs of
people I have come in contact with, I am good listener
with advanced empathy skills, which I have been
continuing to work under pressure whilst remaining calm
and I have the experience and confidence to work in
difficult situations and make judgement to act in the
clients best interest. I am well organised person with
excellent computer skills which I believe is important as I
would need to monitor my case load and keep accurate
records of my interactions with clients. I am self-
motivated and while I can work independently with
minimum supervision I also can be participative team
member I take instruction well am keen to learn from the
experiences of others. It important to attend CBT or Social
Work course is relevant to current development and
practice and that employers and practitioners are closely
involved in the course planning and delivery. This will
ensure that I will gain competencies that will be the ones
that employers will be looking for, I have read your
prospectus and visited your place and investigated your
gradate employment record and believe this best fit for
me.
