SETTING UP AND DOING BUSINESS IN VIETNAM
Synopsis
This is a 3-hour seminar. The main objectives include but not limited to
 Share our experiences in setting up companies and running
businesses in Vietnam
 Discuss the current Vietnam business environment
 Highlight problems and challenges and how to overcome them
 Acquiring in business license acquisition and business operations
management
Participants Attended: Various participants from the industry and
members of Singapore Business Federation.

GROOMING SUCCESSFUL KIDS
Synopsis
This is a 3- hour seminar. The main objectives include but not limited to
 Discuss on kids’ talents and how to develop them
 Share experiences in grooming two achieved children: award
winners, scholars, national players, and elite force commissioned
officer
 Discuss the methodology and philosophy applied
 Emotions and the management of parents-kid relation
Participants Attended: Parents and Sports industry.

MENTAL STRENGTH IN BUSINESS AND PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
SYNOPSIS
This 1-day or half-day workshop attempts to introduce the importance
of mental strength in starting up and maintenance business. It will also
go through exercises that instills positive values, positive thinking and
management of stress in businesses. The techniques used are useful in
lifelong survival.
The techniques introduced were applied successfully in starting up and
maintaining business in overseas by Dr Lee.
Participants Attended: Parents and Sports industry.

ENGINEERS IN BUSINESSES AND MANAGEMENT
SYNOPSIS
Engineers invent new products and create new solutions; some analyse
and fix daily problems with great ideas. We usually discuss our ideas,
with our classmates, friends and family and many believe that it is just
only a short step to take the inventions or methodologies to market as an
entrepreneur, but, why are there only several successful entrepreneurs?
Who is an entrepreneur and how do you measure success in
entrepreneurship? In this talk, Dr Lee will share his experiences on how
he transited from being an engineer to becoming an entrepreneur. He
will discuss the contradicting attributes and his route to becoming an
entrepreneur.
This is a 1-day workshop.
Participants Attended: Students from NTU and International Academia.

YOUTH ENTREPRENUERSHIP
SYNOPSIS
This 3-hour session talk attempts to inspire students to becoming
entrepreneurs. The topics covered includes
 defining start up and entrepreneurship
 defining success in being an entrepreneur
 stressing the importance of mental strength
 relating achieving good academic outcome to being entrepreneurial
 describing the start-up process
 maintaining the business
 the importance of total welfare which includes social, physical,
mental and ethical
 social responsibility
Participants Attended: Students from Seng Kang Secondary School and
international students from China and Taiwan.

THE ENTREPRENEUR EMPLOYEE: HOW TO IDENTIFY AND
MANAGE THEM?
SYNOPSIS
If you happen to employ one entrepreneurial employee, you are in luck.
This 3-hour session talk attempts to bring across the entrepreneurship
spirit to all employees. In a company, teamwork is important, among
the team members, there is a need for some who are entrepreneurial
employees. This talk covers
 The characteristics of entrepreneurs
 The entrepreneurial employees
 The 10 characteristics of entrepreneurial employees
 The strength and weaknesses of entrepreneurial employees

TBSS is a start-up, we went through the difficult and tough times. We are engineers turned
entrepreneurs in a foreign land, Vietnam. We call ourselves ENGINEERPRENEUR because we
run our business with passion in engineering and we are still engineers.
Our course director and Founder, Dr LEE, is a qualified engineer who has groomed his two
children well, one of them is MOE scholar and a teacher, and the other was a National Tennis
Player, NS Naval Diver, NS Naval Officer and a Raffles Alumni.
TBSS is NOT a 3rd
party training company, our instructors are practitioners who are also certified
and experienced to teach.
 We are the subject matter experts, we are not a training agent.
