 Leading a team of Four personnel for handling the following jobs:
Carrying out functional work of Coordination and follow up in regard to communication to operating
Committee (OC), Management Committee (MC) including Operating Committee Resolutions (OCR)
for approval of various orders before award with joint ventures Partners and Govt. Authorities
concerned
 Coordination with various Departments / sites for day to day functions of office
 Induction for new joinees
 Facility Management for the floor containing 100 people
 Arranging Senior Management travel itineraries and domestic & international accommodation
 Monitoring inventory of Office Supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
budgetary constraints
 Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and cost optimisation
 Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities through Utility staff
