As you can see on the screen, all the Dynamics applications work seamlessly together to manage specific business processes across, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Operations, Project Service Automation and Marketing. Specifically, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing lives together with Dynamics 365 for Sales on the same platform. This helps align sales and marketing using common data, connected business processes and Office 365 collaboration tools.

Let’s look at the application. You can navigate through different apps on the horizontal ribbon. Simply click on the Dynamics 365 drop down then you can navigate to Dynamics 365, Marketing and Surveys apps, and more.
Within the Marketing app itself, there are different sub-menus. On the ribbon, click the Marketing icon to expand the menu options.
If you select the three ellipses at the top, you can then toggle through marketing, events, settings and training.
