On Monday, I went to the local Crossroads Baptist Church, located at 850 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA. This was my first time
experience as I am Hindu and my parents never exposed me to any churches. Dr. Kenneth K. Baldwin was the pastor at the time I went. Luckily, I
got the chance to speak with him after the service. After our brief conclusion, I realized that he had a great vision for his church and is leading it to
success through his passion. I sensed his passion for preaching and religious beliefs as they were evident during the service. Despite this being my first
visit to a church, I learned a lot of valuable things about churches and Christianity.
The pastor read the verses Philippians 2:5–11. Due to the complexity, I didn't fully understand all the verses that were said. Therefore, I decided to talk
to the pastor, Dr. Kenneth K. Baldwin, to clear up all the questions I had. His response to the series of questions I had made the meaning of the
verses recited very clear. After talking to the pastor, my interpretation of the scripture is as follows. Christ became just like any ordinary man and
gave up his life on the cross. God sent him to heaven for his sacrifice for mankind. Then I asked him, what did the "highest place" referred to in the

Is there really life on another planet somewhere deep into our universe? This is one of the many questions that are brought up in the movie K–PAX.
This science fiction thriller staring Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges is filled with a mystery that makes the audience really question reality and challenge
their own beliefs.
The mysterious character Prot, portrayed by Kevin Spacey, who early on finds himself locked up in a mental hospital in Manhattan, claims to be from a
distant planet one thousand light years away called K–PAX. Dr. Mark Powell, Portrayed by Jeff Bridges, is the psychiatrist at this mental institution that
examines Prot and tries to figure out how to help this particular patient. However, Dr. Powell soon begins to realize that Prot is not any normal patient,
but has some rather unexplainable qualities that make him doubt his own explanations. Not to mention Prot's presence has a rather remarkable effect
on the mental health of some of the other patients whom believe that he is in fact from K–PAX. While this 2001 Iain Softley film got many mixed
reviews, I personally believe it exceeds expectations. Spacey bring a unique twist to the character Prot that reminds the viewers why he is one of the
greatest actors of this generation. It is difficult to explain the performance Spacey brings to this movie for it to be as compelling as it is. Prot, who

First of all, it was a really good movie overall. The actors, the script and the production were really well done. They made it very real. This is an

On November 16, 2016 at 7:30am I arrived at John H. Kinzie Elementary School to observe Mrs. K's second grade class. The data collected took
about 30 minutes during the language arts lesson. Given the fact that this is a second grade class students stay in the same classroom with the same
teacher during core subjects (math, language arts, math, science and social studies). The only time they switch classrooms is during Art, Music and
Gym. This observation took place during language arts subject and the lesson of the day was possessive and plural nouns. The class consists of a total

for the classroom. Next to the smart board there is another erasable board that the teacher writes down a list of skills that the students have and will
